Marc Mayo at PorchLight is absolutely amazing. We randomly called looking for a realtor and got Marc as our agent. Honestly, if it wasn't for Marc we probably wouldn't have gotten the house we fell in love with. He knows so many people! The house was already under contract, but Marc talked to the agent right away and suggested a back up offer since the first offer wasn't very strong.

Marc knows of so many deals before they even hit the market and he works fast on things. We have worked with another realtor last year and there is no comparison.
