Thaddeus Howells and the entire PorchLight group were so fantastic and helpful with the purchase of my first home! As a first time home buyer I especially appreciated his "Market Education Day" where we went and looked at ~10 houses in my budget in different neighborhoods so I could get familiar with what was available in my price point.
Thad was super friendly, really listened to what I was looking for, and always made himself available to look at houses on my schedule - whether it was meeting up to see 1 house or 8. He made me feel like I was his most important client, and always answered my calls / texts. From start to finish I could not have been in better hands. I look forward to using Thad and the PorchLight group for my next home purchase!
