Mathew Speer expertise in the real estate market is excellent. I am a first time home buyer and was not very confident in the home buying process. In the competitive Colorado buyer s market, I wanted to work with someone who was professional, dependable, personal, Colorado native, and would give things to me straight. Mathew is all that and more. His communication and keeping me up to date on the housing market was amazing. Every home we went in to he was very good about picking out the pros and cons, most of them I would have overlooked without him.

The place Mathew got me in to ended up being my dream home and that wouldn t have happened without his diligence. I really want to be close to downtown Denver as possible but pricing and being outbid drove me crazy. I found what looked like a great place but I told him it would probably be a waste of our time even looking at the place because I was going to be outbid again and chances are it was already under contract. Two days later over Mathews Sunday night he made some calls about the place and found they didn t have any offers but people were interested. He rushed me there that Monday and I fell in love with the place. We got my bid in and I actual got the seller down in price. Mathew is always working for you even when you don t know about it. I now have the downtown lifestyle I always wanted and it's all thanks to Mathew Speer!
