Oksana is fantastic! My husband and I recently bought our first house using Oksana Khrestsov from PorchLight Real Estate group. We were very apprehensive and had many questions being first time home buyers, but Oksana walked us through the entire process, and was ALWAYS available to answer questions and to help us get things done. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with her! The whole process was a very emotional one with lots of ups and downs due to the seller, but Oksana went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible, and was able to get us several thousand dollars back in concessions, which is amazing in this market. I was especially appreciative of how available she was even after closing when her job was done and she had been paid. She helped us work on several issues by contacting the selling agent and other parties to make sure we were comfortable in our new home. Oksana will be the only person we contact in the future when it comes to buying or selling homes, and she will always be our first recommendation to friends and family.
