We used Meghan Quiat-Loftspring to sell our condo. She was on top of everything. Working with Porchlight and Meghan Quiat-Loftspring is as good as it gets! She was on top of everything. She got us an immediate contract at a higher price than expected. She also had a backup plan in place, so when our first seller couldn't obtain a mortgage after all (though she was pre-approved!), Meghan had a second backup buyer who immediately went to contract It's when things go awry that you know you have a good realtor...or not. And Meghan came through with a seamless sale. She really saved the day! The house closed without a hitch! I recommend Meghan without reservation.
