I order a washing machine on 11/30/2019. The Fast.Est courier of Padua informs me of the delivery for 17/12. The courier does not show up. I call and they tell me that the boy forgot to load him on the vehicle. After 3 days of silence, I call the courier who replies that they no longer find it in stock. I call Monclick on 20/12 and cancel the order. They open a "REJECTED" file for me, but I have never seen or rejected the product.
The day after canceling the order, the courier calls me to inform me that they deliver the next day, which is Sunday (the washing machine has reappeared!). Given that the deliveries write to make them from Monday to Friday, I could not have collected it anyway because it was canceled and I would not have been at home on Sunday.
Now the ordeal to get a refund begins, also because finding an available operator is difficult, you need patience and perseverance. I don't tell you all the steps because it would be long. Among various emails, phone calls and promises to resolve in 24/48 hours, a Monclick operator tells me that they cannot refund until they have the product return documentation. I call the courier and he replies that the washing machine is still in their warehouse and they don't return it to Monclick until they have a pile of material to return, and at the moment they only have one product to return. Ergo it can take months.
I call Monclick back and receive yet another promise. After the recall deadline and another operator replies that it is not fair that I have not yet got my money back (come on?) And opens a refund procedure.
I end by saying that the refund arrived on 29/01/2020, therefore 41 calendar days and 25 working days from the cancellation of the order.
This is my experience. I will not buy from them anymore.
Monclick will be able to answer with many beautiful phrases, but the facts are more important to me and I believe that if they want to build customer loyalty they must improve the after-sales service. Best wishes.

I made a purchase on October 15th for a dryer and after 1000 excuses and product changes (with a further economic outlay) to date (4 months later !!!) I still don't have the product bought and paid for.
also the customer service assistance was an experience for me to forget. I sent phone calls and every time they told me that they would let me know ... I never heard them if I didn't solicit them .....

The courier delivered the wrong product, it had to return within the next 2 days but nothing. I contacted monclick support several times but it did not solve the problem. I only buy on the internet, I missed monclick and will hardly return. The delivery was overwhelming.

For 3 times in 12 days I ordered a notebook paid with the teacher's card and with Paypal (Orders YA19247855, YA19254248 and YA19266196). Each time the product was available but the orders were all canceled with the same justification (excessive number of orders for the offer and consequent exhaustion of stocks). I have not been refunded the amount of the Teacher Card (but simply reactivated a discount voucher of the same value, expiring in October, to buy on their site) and, with the last cancellation, I have not yet received notification of the reactivation discount coupon. In addition to being an incorrect commercial practice (products available at the time of the order, but magically out of payment after payment), the seizure of the amount of the Teacher Card prevents me from buying the notebook I am looking for at other stores. So far a very negative experience. Paid the computer with my bank transfer on 11/13/2019 (therefore immediate payment confirmation), order confirmed but then remained pending transfer until Monday 11/18/2019. I had to contact them several times, ridiculous customer care service, they answer only 4 hours in the morning then it is impossible to contact them until the next day. Among other things, they never answer, they leave you from 7 to 9 minutes at the mercy of automatic voices that remind you that on the site you can check the order status and then ask you if you want to leave the number to be contacted. After a dozen calls and numbers left, in the afternoon, calmly, they call you back but they know nothing more than you know or give incorrect information. I particularly want to give two honorable mentions to two phenomenal operators: Roberto who tells me that it will take from 4 to 10 days for the shipment (when instead I selected the shipment by express courier in 2 days), and Amandine that to my explicit request for delivery times I replied that when the courier will be given I will be informed of the tracking number .. a bit like saying that when it arrives it arrives, in short. Congratulations, you have been fantastic. After my report they put the item on consignment but they can't tell me when it will pass into the hands of the courier and when it will actually arrive. Meanwhile, the money (2000 ) took them and I'm afraid I ended up in the scam that they did to others with the product that will then be unavailable and magically reappear increased in price. It is a modus operandi that I noticed while reading the other reviews and it prompted me to write this. However, to date 11/21/2019 I do not have certain information on what happened to my computer and my money, and I already tremble for the shipping they make without any additional packaging, just to save 3 at the expense of the buyer. Update 11/22/2019 8.50 am: The order went from "shipping" to "working" confirming my fears about the seriousness and correctness of what was said by the operators. I wonder in which of the scams that have happened to others I will end up..money no longer available? reimbursement not executable? spoiled goods if it ever arrives? or a sum of all? Even today I see myself forced to spend the morning trying to contact them by phone and e-mail. Don't buy from them or risk ending up in these scams.

Update 11/22/2019 9.24 am: A miracle, I managed to take the line and talk to an operator at the first call! After wiping away the tears for the emotion and explaining my fears, the operator Francesca explained to me that there is nothing to worry about and that the goods were processed today with delivery scheduled for Monday. I asked for confirmation of what was promised by e-mail and after a few minutes wrote to me confirming that the goods were processed on 11/22 at 8.49 and that the courier's tracking number will arrive shortly. At the next update, I hope positive. We have gone from a star to zero stars. Improvements.

I purchased a washing machine for around 580. The same model, I realized only later, was sold for 180 less on the ebay channel always by monclick. I contacted the customer service by email to ask for the possibility of having a refund equal to the difference between the two amounts, but they have not yet replied to me (more than a week has passed) and they have also planned to update the amount on ebay. Very attractive offer of an HP Notebook. I don't think twice and proceed with the purchase on Saturday 17 February. I pay by credit card and receive regular order confirmation in addition to confirmation of the bank's payment. The following Monday comes laconic communication from Monclick that they cannot proceed with my order, canceling it and, without a shred of explanation! They say they will proceed with the refund of the amount paid ... I still have not seen anything ... also they write in their order confirmation that the real withdrawal of the money on the card takes place only on shipping ... IT IS NOT TRUE !!! Software ordered on 10/06/2018 to date (21/06/2018) is accepted, but not yet in progress; I tried to contact support 4 times by phone, but it is always busy and it is not true that they call back. For the order I also used the Teacher Voucher and paid the rest by credit card (duly authorized payment) and at this point the money from the voucher has already been pocketed without letting anyone know anything. Tonight I decided to cancel the order since I don't want the money to be withheld from the credit card at the end of the 23rd day without having sent me the goods. I hope the cancellation is successful otherwise I will go through legal channels since in these terms it is a real scam. I ordered a Samsung fridge. On delivery, the following things happened:

1-the courier refused to have the reservation affixed with reserve on the forms

2-the courier has refused to put the fridge where requested and to install it as requested in the order. (For us it is impossible to move an object of that size)

3 - once the packaging has been partially opened it has been shown that the support foot of the right front fridge is damaged. Making it difficult: a) the support of the fridge b) the correct opening and closing of the door effectively preventing the use of the fridge.

Everything was reported to Monclick through the procedures established by them: no response was received. It is also impossible to talk to the call center. There is no way to contact an operator.

So: unusable refrigerator. Money lost. Be careful ordering large items, you will surely have problems.

Monclick uses the word intentionally wrong to indicate HOURLY BAND (this is not exact). He should write either in the morning or in the afternoon (mid-day) when the customer has to wait for someone to come (4 hours!). The usual Italian scam. There are people who usually work in the morning or in the afternoon. If you lack staff, provide, but do not write farlocche words! If the seller is late with the customer, he should make up for it by apologizing. But we know that this does not happen in Italy. Anyway never again Monclick!

Also yesterday, late in the evening, I received an e-mail with the subject "Notice of missing goods for order YA16918512". Promptly check the site and notice that the product is available. Reading all these negative reviews I'm afraid of getting a rip-off. Will I receive the requested goods ?!

Update: unfortunately I had to cancel the order and request a refund because the requested product has never been available again. I received replies for the repayment in a short time and after a few days they gave me back the full amount, for this 1 star I put 3, because in any case they have been corrected.

I purchased a washing machine, delivery place a village in the province of Viterbo. On 3/8 I made the purchase, on the same day the object was delivered to the courier, on 4/8 the tracking of the courier had arrived in Pomezia (RM).
Since then absolute silence. On 7/8 I decide to call Monclick to report the thing and during the day the courier shows up with the person to whom the washing machine must be delivered and agrees the delivery for Wednesday 9/8.
So: excellent Monclick in respecting its times and in having intervened with the courier, however, the advice is to choose better who to entrust their goods because a week to deliver a washing machine is frankly too much !!!

I state that in recent years I have made several purchases through this e-commerce site including large and small appliances without encountering any particular problems. For about two years I did not place orders but on this particular occasion I discover that a lot has changed, for the worse ... I order an appliance available for immediate delivery and request installation service ( 25) and the possibility of agreeing on the delivery day ( 30) . Expensive services also considering that the appliance model that I requested on the site was advertised with free delivery but it does not matter because I want to avoid any kind of problem therefore, I gladly pay. Result: after several ups and downs, phone calls and e-mails I manage to have the delivery after 12 days, obviously after various reminders and anger and probably thanks to the interest of a pious soul in customer service. I acknowledge that the courier's staff at the time of delivery proved to be courteous and helpful. Conclusion: the agreed delivery service does not work or is better paid but managed according to the courier's convenience. In general I do not think that I will make other purchases with monclick, unless they intend to review the policies and costs of some services and the methods of use of customer service, which can be contacted only three hours a day.

I honestly didn't believe that a serious company like Monclick would use such a courier. I will evaluate whether to reorder precisely because of this reason. Even if it is a pity. On the second order placed the shipment was delivered 2 days late without a reason. Email customer service is useless as they never responded. From my point of view a disaster

I order a notebook with the "runaway discounts" offer with AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor. The next day I receive the order fulfillment email and in the product description the processor model has changed to the old 3500U. I check in the order details on the site and the processor model has also changed there. Yet by clicking on the "Buy again" button or the product link you are redirected to the model I purchased with the 4500U processor. I check the first order confirmation email and the 4500U processor appears in the product description. It seems clear to me: they sell a product at a great price, change the order details of the purchased product (the processor model affects the price considerably) and send a cheaper one. Too bad they don't change the product link that shows what I have actually purchased and they cannot modify the data of the first order confirmation email where it is visible that I have purchased a PC with AMD ryzen 5 4500U processor and not 3500U. Bad as salesmen and also bad as scammers. Ordered on 09/15, contacted promptly from 09/16 (as soon as the processor change anomaly was noticed), they did not reply to the call center, emails or messages on Facebook. I sent back on September 25th, via BRT courier, the Rowenta iron DG9266 arrived with a serious anomaly as the on / off button is located at the top right, in the point circled in red, and not where it should have been, at the bottom of left, under the classic blue button / light (see attached picture). The MonClick Care Team (Mrs. Silvia) has officially promised me the replacement of the iron with the attached email following the closure of the return procedure with EBay (see attached email). We await the iron ...
Update at 11:00 on October 1st: I am still awaiting replacement iron. To date, no communication has been received regarding the shipment of the iron substituting the one paid on September 7 (arrived dead) and it is impossible to talk on the phone with the customer service.
Update of 21:20 hours on October 1: nothing at all.
Update of 08:50 hours on 2 October: still no news about the shipment of the replacement iron.
Update of 08:54 hours on 2 October: MonClick sent me a 'credit note' by email but there was no news of the replacement shipping.
09:56 update: here we go, maybe my odyssey is over. They entered the order of replacement iron.
I put two stars exclusively because they respected the given word, for the rest an experience between the epic and the Kafkaesque ... I would change the name to the site from MonClick in "Godot" (by Samuel Beckett)!
