I'm still waiting for the washer dryer I ordered more than 2 weeks ago to arrive. Customer service active Mon-Fri 10-13 and not resp. E-mail. I had had problems with the order of a fridge some time ago but I decided to give it another chance but I was wrong. Monclick never again.
