I make online purchases since 2001 and this for all I care is the biggest e-commerce site I have ever used.
I made a purchase on October 15th for a dryer and after 1000 excuses and product changes (with a further economic outlay) to date (4 months later !!!) I still don't have the product bought and paid for.
also the customer service assistance was an experience for me to forget. I sent phone calls and every time they told me that they would let me know ... I never heard them if I didn't solicit them .....
WHAT ABOUT ME MONCLICK NEVER AGAIN !!!
