After buying a mobile phone at a great price, they inform me that it is no longer available and offer me
to wait for new arrivals, order cancellation or an alternative product.
I reply that I can wait (a samsung galaxy a5 at 180 euros is really a great offer).
At 2 months away it would seem that they haven't arrived yet,
but surprise surprise I find the product is available on the site (same product with a different code)
at a price higher than 80 euros. I ask for explanations and they reply that having a different code
the product is different so if I want it I have to buy it at their current price! Absurd!
NB I am not referring to the new samsung a5 2016 version but still the same one I originally purchased.
In conclusion, I will no longer buy from them because they do not recognize the error or the mockery.
There was no possibility of compromise
(I would have accepted an alternative product, perhaps with a small discount or a gift).
