I had to cancel an order, the non-automatic procedure (in 2017 !!) and I had to call the customer service (open only from 10 to 13) to have confirmation of the cancellation (which 10 hours after my request was not even been taken into account). On the second order placed the shipment was delivered 2 days late without a reason. Email customer service is useless as they never responded. From my point of view a disaster
