Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the SOGETRANS shipping service. As usual, slow and non-existent customer assistance has proven to be slow, latecomer and in no way professional. I honestly didn't believe that a serious company like Monclick would use such a courier. I will evaluate whether to reorder precisely because of this reason. Even if it is a pity. Dispassionate advice: CHANGE COURIER!
