Software ordered on 10/06/2018 to date (21/06/2018) is accepted, but not yet in progress; I tried to contact support 4 times by phone, but it is always busy and it is not true that they call back. For the order I also used the Teacher Voucher and paid the rest by credit card (duly authorized payment) and at this point the money from the voucher has already been pocketed without letting anyone know anything. Tonight I decided to cancel the order since I don't want the money to be withheld from the credit card at the end of the 23rd day without having sent me the goods. I hope the cancellation is successful otherwise I will go through legal channels since in these terms it is a real scam. I trusted since the site is accredited for the Teacher Card, but at this point I will report it to them too. I added a star in the rating only because otherwise it won't publish me.
