I ordered a refrigerator delivered to the courier ...

I ordered a refrigerator delivered to the courier on June 14th. On its website Monclick writes, with pride, that it delivers to the courier the day after the order. This suggests that within 2-3 days the package will be delivered. It is not so. To date, June 22, the package has not yet been delivered. The courier gives generic information. The Mopnclik switchboard, called on 21 and 22 June, gives you reason and says it will call you back to give you info. But this does not happen. They do not seem to me the best conditions to shop, especially when paying by credit card. In other words, money right away but goods are not known when. In fact, the package in question, leaving Milan and arriving in the province of Trento, has "been traveling" for eight days. Is it riding a mule?
