I try again as it seems to respond only here (SHAME):

Ordered a NAS that was supposed to be New, there are no screws and trolley for the HardDirsk so it is unusable, reported after 2min from the order receipt, never contacted, and they say they manage complaints in 48h (10 days have passed), NEVER ANSWER to customer service, They NEVER RECALL if you book the call back. I am not recommending anyone to purchase on this site. I will return to Amazon as always.
