Bad experience with this e-commerce site. On 11/22/2019 I proceeded to purchase for 376.19, with free shipping and delivery to the floor included, of the dryer Samsung DV70M50201W SERIES 5000M CLASSE A ++ 7 KG to which the order number YA19106695 was assigned. On 11/25/2019 I received an e-mail with the following message: "This is to inform you that unfortunately we cannot consider your order valid for out of stock." But from a verification carried out on the site it was available at a higher price equal to 395.99 and with shipping costs and delivery to the plan equal to 29.90, for a total therefore of 425.89. Regretted by this lack of competence, I reported to the Monclik site my disappointment that I extended to my circles of friends. I believe that in the future I will refrain from considering this retailer.
