Completely unreliable site. Be very careful with the offers.
Forced to put a star ... but it doesn't deserve it!
Very attractive offer of an HP Notebook. I don't think twice and proceed with the purchase on Saturday 17 February. I pay by credit card and receive regular order confirmation in addition to confirmation of the bank's payment. The following Monday comes laconic communication from Monclick that they cannot proceed with my order, canceling it and, without a shred of explanation! They say they will proceed with the refund of the amount paid ... I still have not seen anything ... also they write in their order confirmation that the real withdrawal of the money on the card takes place only on shipping ... IT IS NOT TRUE !!! They take the money right away ... THIS IS !!! I do not want to get lost in legal quarrels but I know that the purchase contract takes the form of payment and receipt of the order confirmation and therefore I could oblige them to respect this contract ... but time and broken boxes play their part! I prefer to make my experience public ... to you to judge!
