Service delivery large appliances ignoble: from September 3 to 19 still no delivery date. Unacceptable.
Monclick contacts: hours on the phone, no contact. Disgusting!
Monclick "cheats": delivery service by appointment. Appointment from the diz. Treccani "Meeting established by mutual agreement in a specific day, time and place". Monclick uses the word intentionally wrong to indicate HOURLY BAND (this is not exact). He should write either in the morning or in the afternoon (mid-day) when the customer has to wait for someone to come (4 hours!). The usual Italian scam. There are people who usually work in the morning or in the afternoon. If you lack staff, provide, but do not write farlocche words! If the seller is late with the customer, he should make up for it by apologizing. But we know that this does not happen in Italy. Anyway never again Monclick!
Survey: who is worse the seller or his installer ?? Yuck!
