So far a very negative experience. Paid the computer with my bank transfer on 11/13/2019 (therefore immediate payment confirmation), order confirmed but then remained pending transfer until Monday 11/18/2019. I had to contact them several times, ridiculous customer care service, they answer only 4 hours in the morning then it is impossible to contact them until the next day. Among other things, they never answer, they leave you from 7 to 9 minutes at the mercy of automatic voices that remind you that on the site you can check the order status and then ask you if you want to leave the number to be contacted. After a dozen calls and numbers left, in the afternoon, calmly, they call you back but they know nothing more than you know or give incorrect information. I particularly want to give two honorable mentions to two phenomenal operators: Roberto who tells me that it will take from 4 to 10 days for the shipment (when instead I selected the shipment by express courier in 2 days), and Amandine that to my explicit request for delivery times I replied that when the courier will be given I will be informed of the tracking number .. a bit like saying that when it arrives it arrives, in short. Congratulations, you have been fantastic. After my report they put the item on consignment but they can't tell me when it will pass into the hands of the courier and when it will actually arrive. Meanwhile, the money (2000 ) took them and I'm afraid I ended up in the scam that they did to others with the product that will then be unavailable and magically reappear increased in price. It is a modus operandi that I noticed while reading the other reviews and it prompted me to write this. However, to date 11/21/2019 I do not have certain information on what happened to my computer and my money, and I already tremble for the shipping they make without any additional packaging, just to save 3 at the expense of the buyer. As long as they send something sooner or later. I look forward to reading the pre-packaged answer below. Ah, my order number is YA16993341, now I know it by heart and this would be enough to explain the bad quality of Monclick's work.

Update 11/22/2019 8.50 am: The order went from "shipping" to "working" confirming my fears about the seriousness and correctness of what was said by the operators. I wonder in which of the scams that have happened to others I will end up..money no longer available? reimbursement not executable? spoiled goods if it ever arrives? or a sum of all? Even today I see myself forced to spend the morning trying to contact them by phone and e-mail. Don't buy from them or risk ending up in these scams.

Update 11/22/2019 9.24 am: A miracle, I managed to take the line and talk to an operator at the first call! After wiping away the tears for the emotion and explaining my fears, the operator Francesca explained to me that there is nothing to worry about and that the goods were processed today with delivery scheduled for Monday. I asked for confirmation of what was promised by e-mail and after a few minutes wrote to me confirming that the goods were processed on 11/22 at 8.49 and that the courier's tracking number will arrive shortly. At the next update, I hope positive. We have gone from a star to zero stars. Improvements.
