Ordered August 5 Samsung watch order No. YA1693052...

Ordered August 5 Samsung watch order No. YA16930529. Contacted by Bartolini on 7 August who says he lost the package. Since then I try to contact customer support every day. Yesterday 45 minutes of waiting on the phone without being able to talk to the one. I did not receive any reply to the emails sent. Only on the 22nd I can talk to an operator who tells me the words "by this afternoon he will be contacted". Zero service and 280 euros of lost products. Pity.
