As per the instructions on the site, I have converted the amount of the Teacher's Card into a discount voucher. For 3 times in 12 days I ordered a notebook paid with the teacher's card and with Paypal (Orders YA19247855, YA19254248 and YA19266196). Each time the product was available but the orders were all canceled with the same justification (excessive number of orders for the offer and consequent exhaustion of stocks). I have not been refunded the amount of the Teacher Card (but simply reactivated a discount voucher of the same value, expiring in October, to buy on their site) and, with the last cancellation, I have not yet received notification of the reactivation discount coupon. In addition to being an incorrect commercial practice (products available at the time of the order, but magically out of payment after payment), the seizure of the amount of the Teacher Card prevents me from buying the notebook I am looking for at other stores. Have I been scammed?
