I placed an order on a dishwasher over the weekend, order canceled automatically but still no refund. I hope it arrives but the unnerving thing is to have no answer on the phone (always busy), no mail, now I have tried Facebook .. In the face of professionalism.
Then you replied via facebook but to a second question everything is kept silent forever .. Anyway the money has arrived back as promised but with this communication you don't go anywhere.
