Ordered dryer YA19129042 of 01/12/2019, it is not possible to call the call center, always busy, I sent an email no answer, I wrote to the customer service via Facebook messenger, no feedback. To date 06/12/2019 I have not received any response. I understand any problems related to dropshipping and the Christmas period, but a response to my messages is the least that can be expected from Monclick. I don't think I will buy back from this online site.
Modification of 09/12/2019 I note that to receive an answer from Monclick you need to write a review on Google, the answer is still welcome, you have gone from 1 star to 2 stars, I wait for the courier's call and delivery to further review my opinion .
