Order YA19137650 of December 5 not yet arrived after a delivery proposed for December 22 (Sunday not foreseen in the delivery counts) and not accepted; from then to today January 3, 2020 despite requests via site and tested by phone, I was left without any information. Order regularly paid ...... DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!! REPLY PLEASE ALSO ONLY TO KNOW YOU EXIST !!!! THANK YOU

I'm still waiting, no contact (as of 12 January) by Monclick and the courier Amati, confident aspect but the other opinions .........

Registered delivery to customer service with delivery request within 15 days then I will proceed to the request for refund of the undelivered item and expenses incurred for the reminder; I'm thinking about whether to also claim for damages. There is absolute silence from Monclick and Amati courier who in theory has my oven a few kilometers from my house ....... but unreachable. (January 16, 2020)

Today 18 January the oven arrived: perhaps it is better to consider a more prompt courier .....
