I contacted the call center twice, using a lot of time, to be able to find the interlocutor, but I always received answers that were correct, in the pre and post sales. The transport, free, and 'was flawless, with ad hoc courier, who called me several days before to fix the appointment, (which he respected), then a few minutes before delivery to ensure that we were present.
I can only be satisfied fully.
