I ordered a Samsung fridge. On delivery, the following things happened:
1-the courier refused to have the reservation affixed with reserve on the forms
2-the courier has refused to put the fridge where requested and to install it as requested in the order. (For us it is impossible to move an object of that size)
3 - once the packaging has been partially opened it has been shown that the support foot of the right front fridge is damaged. Making it difficult: a) the support of the fridge b) the correct opening and closing of the door effectively preventing the use of the fridge.
Everything was reported to Monclick through the procedures established by them: no response was received. It is also impossible to talk to the call center. There is no way to contact an operator.
So: unusable refrigerator. Money lost. Be careful ordering large items, you will surely have problems.
