I recently took my Lexus RC350 because I was hearing a clunking noise from my rear passenger side wheels. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Laila Rad. She was amazing and of great help! 9AM service appointment. Arrived early. Service was started right away. Done in 45 minutes. Very impressive. Enjoyed the wait using the ipad provided at the comfortable seat. Coffee and cookies were also appreciated. Staff was first rate. Highly recommended.
Can't say enough about my positive experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill. I would highly recommend buying a car from Gregory! Everything was easy and quick, he was honest with me and got me into a car I am very happy with. He helped me look around and was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. As soon as I drive my car into the driveway. I was greeted with a person to check me right in. The customer lounge is full of magazines and some cookie and soft drinks to enjoy while waiting for the service. They have shuttle courtesy service to take you anywhere. If you have service more than 2 hrs, they will set you up with a loaner car.

I came to do oil change and in same time ask service adviser to check why my radio some times in driving mode switching on and off? when I came he told me that nothing wrong with my blue tooth problem with a power to my radio, he told me that I should go to my salesman who sold my car to me and he will show how to work with blue tooth, but he did not understand that problem not with blue tooth, problem with a power witch switching on/off
This Dealership and specifically, Amar, sales consultant in the used inventory department, far exceeded my expectations. I live out of province and found a vehicle I was very interested in. I connected with Amar who was crazy busy on day 1 post-covid lockdown but he still took the time to message with me and follow up with a call to learn more about what I was specifically looking for in a vehicle. I just bought a Lexus NX200T form this dealership and Amar Verma was superb. He was very efficient. He guided us through everything thoroughly and explained to us all the options and helped us to get the car that we want within our budget. I went there on a Monday night and got the car the following night with everything done, licensing, winter tires in and everything that needed to be done. He was excellent.

I don't usually do reviews, but after this experience at Lexus Richmond Hill, I felt like it needed to be said. I went to look at a used vehicle that I saw advertised and I did not appreciate the treatment that was received. I was misinformed by two different sales representatives and then they made it seem as though I don't know what I heard or what was said to me. Honestly I'm so disappointed and frustrated . No Customer service what soever. Not a nice experience at all!!!

Recently purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250. Unfortunately, while the car was being detailed the anti-glare film on the navigation screen was wiped and scratched. This is a common problem for Lexus. I walked into LRH and spoke with a Service Technician (Carolina) who reviewed the file and even though the car was 2 months over warranty, agreed to fix the screen at no charge to me. This is impressive customer service. Thank you Carolina and LRH! I will be sure to service my car at this dealership.

Extremly poor service ! I originally bought my 2013 RX from this dealership, I took my 2015 BMW for appraisal to trade it in with the new 2017 Rx , they did the appraisal on the bmw and they were suppose to get back to me the next day and that was 3 weeks back, never heard anything back from them, I called the appraisal manager and the sales person that i was dealing with, 4 to 5 times in the period of 2 weeks and they did not even bother to return any of my calls and msges . Lexus is a great car but take your business to Don valley lexus ! Same owner but way better staff .

Yesterday, I bought a 2015 Lexus NX from Richmond Hill Lexus. After reading tons of reviews, we specifically asked for Gary Coombs. Gary was not only exceptionally courteous, but his level of service and professionalism really made us feel comfortable in this purchase. He did not work in pre-owned sales but was more than happy to take care of us. He was thorough in explaining all of the features and details of the car. He went out of his way to negotiate a price that fit our budget, without being pushy or 'salesman-y'. He also was great with my toddler who was getting restless at the dealership, giving her little things she can play with. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I will happily return to purchase an RX down the road. LOOK FOR GARY!

I have been driving for 40 years and have gone through a number of different salesman, Michael has been one of the best I have run into. He is very sincere, knowledgable and has been very helpful in the whole process of buying a new car. I highly recommend someone who wants to buy a Lexus to look for Michael.
I bought my 2012 Rx 350 from Lexus of Richmond Hill in 2016. I always come here for regular oil change and maintenance since then and am very much satisfied of their maintenance service. I would highly recommend Lexus of RH if you want buy certified pre-owned vehicle, brand new, or service and maintenance.
I went in on a Thursday evening seeking information on the IS300 and had the privilege of having Michael Tauro as my tour guide at the dealership. I was yesterday (April 10, 2017) in this dealership, and test drove a vehicle. My host was Kumar; he's nice guy, polite, showed me everything about the car. I drove in with my 2007 Lexus ES 350 and I was thinking of trading it in. Black book value was between $7,000 (low end) and $9,000 (higher end). My car is in pretty good shape and low mileage for that year (116,000 km). When Kumar's manager, Vahit, put figures on paper, I almost flew off my chair. They offered $2,500 for my vehicle!??!? I felt so DISRESPECTED at that moment, that I wanted to leave immediately and never come back to this dealer. I am not sure why they take their customers for idiots or fools, that people won't do their homework and check value of the vehicle they bring in to trade (i am not saying that everybody does, but you can not assume that). When i told Kumar I was leaving his used car sales manager (didn't get his name) came out and started bargaining. First he offered $5,000 and then at the end he offered $7,000 for my car. The lone fact that I was low balled at the very beginning didn't leave very good impression on me and I am not sure I am going to do any business in future with these guys.
Response to Owner: Dear Sir, quick search on Autotrader doesn't show market price between $7,000 and $9,000 for my kms, but about $10,500. Black book shows between $7,000 and $9,000, not Auto Trader. In regards to lack of maintenance records: first of all your staff didn't ask me about maintenance records; that DOESN'T mean that I haven't maintained my vehicle (I guess you search via your Lexus app didn't show any records by your dealers), I did maintain my vehicle @ Toyota dealer (which is, I believe the same company). In regards to "engine knock" - wow, your manager haven't even turned engine on, such a bs. He did quick around and that's all, I was watching him from inside all the time. I really wanted to buy car for the price you asked for, but you wanted to make money on both cars, trade-in and what you were selling. I am really, really disappointed with you trying to protect such disrespectful behaviour of your staff, will never deal with you nor recommend you to anybody. You have such a sleazy business practices, while I was still there, your staff was trying to tell me that it's better to take your loan (5+%) than use my line of credit (3.2% interest), do you really consider all your clients as idiots?
Unfortunately after buying multiple family vehicles here, when my car went down with electrical problem...it coulnt be solved. Payed for diagnostic...with no diagnosis. Sales staff are the best though. Will return to deal with Gregory.
I would like to express my satisfaction of the service provided by sale representative of Lexus (mr Jay Ramandi) To be honest making decision between Lexus and BMW was very hard for me and I had no decision to buy Lexus Fortunately my agent(Jay) provided all of required information while he was ultimately patient and honest. He did all his power to the get best offer. Combination of Jay and Lexus sale manager (Vince ) made the best offer I ever received it. Make long story short I am enjoying my new Lexus !!!

Second time buyer at Lexus of RH. Last purchase was seven years previously but Vince who sold the first vehicle (now the sales manager) received me as if there had been no absence at all. He along with Gary provided fantastic service. I purchased a newer version of the same vehicle I had previously due to the quality of the vehicle. We maintained the vehicle at Lexus of RH for four years and only gave up the vehicle due to relocation. The surprise was to get a discount on the new vehicle due to points received for the maintenance. Good people, good dealership.

The worst new Car experience i have ever had. Although my sales person was as accommodating as she could be, she doesn't control staff or policy. Sales staff are instructed to tell clients to rate 10/10 on a lengthy evaluation questionnaire otherwise repercussions from management will follow. I know this as I rated about 7 or 8 on my initial experience as I was initially generally happy.. I discovered that my sales person was going to be disciplined for my low rating???
While the free coffee and a few snacks are available, snacks run out pretty quickly. No soft drinks or bottled water is available.
I found out later that they forgot to unregister my trade in lease vehicle so I was paying for my new Lexus and my trade in for 6 weeks before discovery. It was a battle to figure it out. After providing all paperwork, Toyota did not reimburse the correct amount. A second cheque needed to be issued, which after 3 months, I'm still waiting for.
On my first 8k service the technician half used water bottle was left in my cup holder.
Generally, buying a high end Lexus should be a gratifying experience but I was left completely underwhelmed.
BMW and Audi dealers in my area provide free car washes and unlimited beverages which is a nice treat.
I love the car, the sales person was very helpful but the little extras could use some fine tuning. .
Recently i bought ES 350. Car had several issues, which were never mentioned to me by Lexus Richmond hill. Me and my son Shahroz Hashmi went back and file complaint but unfortunately new car sales manager behaviour was so mean towards us. He acutaly did not want to listen car issues. I was very much disappointed of his mean behaviour. This is my first Lexus car ever but i had bad experiance. I had no choice except to file complain. My son Shahroz Hashmi wrote all car issues to corp. Later i got call from George used car sales manager. Finally i met George and he apologized. George compensated us by fixing car as much as he could do. Finally i will say George keep up the good work you do. Amar was also very helpfull to me. Thank you George. Aqeel Hashmi

Had a appointment to view a lexus we have been looking for. They sold the vehicle 5 hours before we were to arrive! Didn't even give us the option to arrive earlier... We had our license plates in hand and were going to purchase the car....very disappointing practice! We will NEVER buy any vehicles from Richmond Hill Lexus again!!! I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option!!!
Total disappointed from parts service. I called the place multiple times no one pick up the calls and no one cares to return even voice msgs. Then I dropped by there to ask for some key repair. Guess what they don't have the key cutting machine. The parts guy said oh sorry we didn't pick up it's only me here. What a bad way to help customers from parts department. I thought Lexus is the best customer service in North America. That is a total wrong statements. Alot of manufacturers have way better customer service from parts department.
Where to start with Archie, it was an absolute pleasure working with him in buying my new car. He was upfront and honest about the sale and i didnt feel pressured into buying anything. It took us a few days to decide and during that time he didnt further pressure us to buy anything. When we actually purchased the car and went to pick it up the car, he went out of his way to make us feel like we made the right decision and threw in a bunch of extras which we didnt expect not to mention a bow on the car!! Overall had a great experience purchasing my new car with him and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car!! Amar, our sales person, was unreal. I arrived for a 10 am appointment on a used car on their lot. We had a deal done and car delivered by 4pm. That included certification, detailing and all licensing. Manager was very professional in the price negotiation when getting down to the final number. Amar allowed me to take the vehicle home for my daughter to inspect and approve as well. Great experience....thank you Amar.

One month ago I brought a Lexus Rx from another Lexus dealership instead of Richmond hill Lexus because the experience with Sales specialist Mr. P.W. is literally Terrible. I could have brought the car at Richmond hill, but I rather spend my money elsewhere.
Two months ago I found a used Lexus RX at richmond hill Lexus website and I called him and asked for a test drive with Him, everything seems good until I spent 3 hours to get there the next morning, however the car was already sold and he didn t tell me and wasted 6 hours of my round trip! Then I asked him to test drive another car in the inventory, he treated me extremely impatiently and every word from his mouth sounds like he wanted me to leave ASAP because as he told me he had a more valuable customer waiting . During our conversation, he picked up 3 calls from other clients and had me waiting for at least 15mins just listening to his calls in his room. His words are disrespectful and I truly think he does not belong to the sales industry.
My experience started out very promising and Amar was very helpful, but after putting a down payment, my boyfriend and I changed our minds and wanted a refund. We had asked for a refund 4 weeks ago and have gone in multiple times, called almost daily and no one will answer us. Every time we are given an excuse that makes no sense and no one will give us a straight answer. The managers never help and according to staff are always out. We've left multiple messages, gone in at least 6 times and still nothing. It's extremely frustrating and has definitely ruined any chance of us returning here for a Lexus.
Honestly, the service department is awful, I have been using Lexus since 2011, this is the first time I dealt with the service dept., no more Lexus, I have felt that they just delay the whole process to charge you more AND with very slow outcome. I am done with Lexus, no more with them. They don't care about loyal customer, does not matter how long you have been with them, they treat you jus as way to make money and nothing more.

I was looking to lease a new vehicle and was comparing 2 different German make/models to Lexus. IF you can avoid this place , please do so ! it is a nightmare of totally disorganized , and pathetic customer service - from people who shout at you when you call to salespeople who make a deal with you for the wrong car, to mangers not responding to customers issues- it is a hell hole - better to stay away from them ...I am so frustrated that I had to take time off from work to sit and write this
I bought a pre-owned car from Amar and manager Anthony. Great buying experience and great experience when I went to pick the car up. Can t ask for better service. Would give more stars if I could.
Not as Rosey as these ratings suggest. Took 3 days to respond to me then responded again the next day like the inquiry hadn't been answered. AND MOST ANNOYINGLY I NEVER SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE YOUR SPAM AND EVERY ATTEMPT TO GET OFF THE LIST HAS BEEN FUTILE! Fix it!!
It s been a week since I bought my Mercedes GLK from Amar Verma at Lexus of Richmond Hill. It was in all a good experience. Amar did whatever he could to assist and accommodate with me living out of town. He even stayed late on the night of pick up and more. Appreciate all the help..
Very poor. The salesperson confirmed the car I was looking for is available and when I reached their after driving for 1.5 hrs , he says the car you were interested is sold.
The service experience that I received from Amar Verma at Lexus Richmond Hill has honestly been exceptional. I called in with the mindset of already having decided I wanted to buy the BMW 335i, however Amar really walked me through the details on the two vehicles LEXUS IS 350 F Sport VS. BMW 335i. He was so educated and professional about it. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy. I had went into the dealership later that evening and again, Amar continued to amaze me with his friendly personality & breadth of knowledge into cars. He took me out for a test drive, very comfortable and calm. He let me experience the car & showed me everything in it. All in all, I decided to buy the car. Later when I picked up the car, I noticed a few things about the car that I did not notice prior to purchasing Amar addressed all my questions via phone and told me to come in so that he can solve any issues that I was having. Simply incredible customer service. No hassles buying this car from point of purchase to post purchase. He did a fantastic job. Welcomed all my family & friends during the time I was purchasing the vehicle. Was so kind to everyone and put a smile on our faces. No hesitation and answered all questions with proof & knowledge.

The IS 300 first caught my eye when I was 18 years old, the first year it was introduced. My friend s parents bought her one and believe me, I was envious.
Fast forward 18 years and I found myself and my husband walking into your dealership.
When I asked the concierge if any salesperson was available to help us, she sent us Riley Huang. Riley approached us, gave us the friendliest and sincerest smile and asked how she can help. I pointed at the IS 300 in your showroom and said I d like to buy one of these , she smiled back and said Great choice! Let s go to my office and we can talk about it .
Riley explained everything in detail to us regarding all the different packages, took us for a test drive while explaining the functions of the car, helped us reach an agreeable price on our trade-in and finally did everything she can to get us the IS 300 F Sport 2 at a price we were happy to pay.
In the past, we ve had situations where a salesperson won t talk price with us until we charge a $2000 down payment to our credit card to show that we are serious and we ve had a salesperson refuse to let us test drive a car because too many people who can t afford the car just walk in for a test drive . Both instances we walked out and bought the same car elsewhere. Therefore, we half expected to be ignored at your dealership. None of this happened with Riley, from the moment she approached us, she gave us all her attention, was very professional and most importantly, made us feel valued.
Riley made it possible for me to own a car I ve liked for 18 years. We had an extremely positive car buying experience. I will most definitely be recommending Riley and Lexus of Richmond Hill to my friends and family.
