I just called and the agent acted so disinterested and only wanted to talk about money! If I didn't have money to spend I would not have called for information. Word of mouth is powerful!

I had a specific Hawaiian Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line for my honeymoon in mind. The agent I sat down with said she didn t care for Norwegian because they re an American cruise line and employ too many Americans. As an American veteran and a blue collar worker I could not have been more insulted.

When I was in my early 20's I needed help getting a work visa to visit Australia for 1 year. Donna helped be fill out the paperwork and book my ticket. This only costed $50 so I was more than happy to pay for the help.

She asked me my preference on how long of a layover I wanted to leave the country. I said, "ASAP would be great". So she gave me a 1 hour layover to fly international. I have never flown international.

I had no idea that if I missed my flight that it would cost me to reschedule.

Long story short, there was a 30 minute layover in Spokane that costed me $3,500 to rebook through New Zealand Air.

Every ticket agent in all of the airports I visited claimed that it was very irresponsible for her to have booked me with such a small window.

I reached out to Donna and she refused to be held accountable for her actions claiming that it was, "Just enough time" to avoid holding them responsible.

If you're going to call yourselves, "Travel Leaders" please do what is best for the customer. I was obviously not an expert in this area, that is why I came to you. A regret that is still costing me today.
