Just to say many thanks to Michael Tauro who was instrumental in my purchasing the Lexus ES350 last month. He was professional and courteous and knew the car I was to purchase inside out. He was not pushy in getting the sales completed, but took his time to explain the features and went over all the things I need to know when I took delivery of the ES350.
