Alexis at Lexus. Made my day with great service. Noticed things I didn't ask about and offered to fix them - free, due to warranty issues. Wonderful young man, on his way up the corporate chain so look after him RHL. Looking forward - I know, didn't think I'd ever say that, to my next scheduled maintenance call.
