I don t always write negative reviews. In fact, this is the first time I wrote a negative review on google map. One month ago I brought a Lexus Rx from another Lexus dealership instead of Richmond hill Lexus because the experience with Sales specialist Mr. P.W. is literally Terrible. I could have brought the car at Richmond hill, but I rather spend my money elsewhere.

Two months ago I found a used Lexus RX at richmond hill Lexus website and I called him and asked for a test drive with Him, everything seems good until I spent 3 hours to get there the next morning, however the car was already sold and he didn t tell me and wasted 6 hours of my round trip! Then I asked him to test drive another car in the inventory, he treated me extremely impatiently and every word from his mouth sounds like he wanted me to leave ASAP because as he told me he had a more valuable customer waiting . During our conversation, he picked up 3 calls from other clients and had me waiting for at least 15mins just listening to his calls in his room. His words are disrespectful and I truly think he does not belong to the sales industry.
