Recently purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250. Unfortunately, while the car was being detailed the anti-glare film on the navigation screen was wiped and scratched. This is a common problem for Lexus. I walked into LRH and spoke with a Service Technician (Carolina) who reviewed the file and even though the car was 2 months over warranty, agreed to fix the screen at no charge to me. This is impressive customer service. Thank you Carolina and LRH! I will be sure to service my car at this dealership.
