After an extraordinary client experience with Mercedes Benz, I decided to give Lexus a try for my next car. I visited Lexus of Richmond Hill and the experience was awful. There was little to no care shown about my concerns. I was being sold a car Grey car that was registered with Service Ontario as Brown. When I brought it to the attention of the pre-owned sales manager, he was quick to dismiss it saying that there is nothing he can do about it. I wrote to the GM twice and left him a voicemail but yet to hear back from him. On the day of delivery, 2 hours after I drove off the dealership there was an issue with the car. Upon returning to the dealership the following business day, the service technician reported a worn-out tire. How does a recently Lexus certified (including safety) car develop a worn-out tire within 2 hours of driving off the dealership? I wrote both the pre-owned sales manager and the General Manager but NEVER got a response.
The only positive experience I had came from Michael Tauro who tried his very best to salvage the situation and experience. Thanks for all your effort, calling to check in and also fixing the color discrepancy with Service Ontario. While I will never do business again nor recommend Lexus of Richmond Hill, I want you to know that you are a true ambassador.
Even though i live far from Richmond Hill, I always get my car fixed there. The service is very upscale, people are friendly and willing to help. Moreover, the sitting are is very nice with free massage chairs, cookies and WiFi
I'm a return customer of Richmond Hill Lexus. I had a fantastic experience here last year with Farhad buying a Lexus RX, and because of that I have periodically checked their inventory. Although I wasn't looking to buy another car right now, one came up that caught my interest - and because of the excellent prior experience I had with Farhad last year I decided to go in and check it out. Farhad took good care of me and patiently explained the features to me with no pressure at all. I am very happy with my new purchase. I have recently accompanied a colleague of mine who happened to be interested in a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I have nothing but compliment about the entire shopping experience. In particular, the sales consultant Luiza provided us exceptional and pleasant customer service. She is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. She applied no sales pitch or pressure to buy, instead, she listened and understood my colleague's needs and tried her very best to accommodate. From the initial qualifying questions to the test drive and finally negotiating the offer, it was smooth and enjoyable. As a result, my colleague was able to close the deal shortly after. On the day of the delivery, Luiza even returned to the dealership when she was scheduled off that day, it was very impressive and cordial. Recently went into Lexus of Richmond Hill with my mother to purchase a vehicle. I dealt with Amar on the deal, and he handled the entire sale from beginning to end with professionalism. She was very honest and told me what I need to do or What i should do to maintain the Vehicle in good condition. I had tons of questions but she assisted me with all of them clearly. The wait during my vehicle was in service was roughly 1.5-2 hours but it felt like I was only there for 15 minutes~:) Car was washed and Interior was cleaned when receiving the car. Overall great feeling and a welcoming dealership~

On July 030, 2020 I found a nice car with stock # 13197G.
First the web chat is useless, it seems they work remotely from outside of Canada, they are not able to answer of any of your inquiries, all what they need is to collect your full name, phone number and email.
I even went by my self there and see the available car listing on their system. and when I selected a convenient one, they told me that it is sold.
How? It was only me plus one another one customer only in the whole showroom, I don't think we both selected the same car from more than hundred cars available
I rechecked the website after 8 hours, and I still find the same car. they did not even bather to update their website, or they are playing games

Not sure about sales, but the service department has very very bad attitude. This happened on January 4th 2019
I had an issue with my rear driver side door lock on my 2016 Lexus GS-F with only 42,000 kms, the door lock has an issue. Not only did the service advisor interrupt me many many times when I am trying to describe the problem, but he would not even believe me that I had an issue, I am a car enthusiast and have owned multiple Scion FR-S, BMW M3, I give myself the slightest credibility that I know when a part as simple as a car lock is not functionally correctly but the service advisor was giving me attitude and warning me that if they don't find issues, it will be a 170 dollar diagnose fee. I also added that I have an issue with the rear power trunk, which makes a squeak noise during closing, but he told me that I would need to wait even longer if I want to get that looked it. Pretty much **hinting**, just don't bother have us looking at that.
Needless to say, took my business to Don Valley North Lexus

one sales person let us waited for 45 mins, and just said he will be right back....we told to front desk about this, then a manager came out and let us go his office. he photocopy my drivers license and told us a price. we asked if the price could be lower. he said you can go back home and check online, we provide the lowest price.
PS, Hi, dear Wenzel. Thank you for your quick respond. After going back home and searching online, I finally got my brand new Subaru at Markham Subaru. Although I did not make the deal with the owner at the beginning, the sales person, Roger Chu, sent me an email at night to apologize that he did not help me to get the car and hope he could serve me next time. During the week, I tried a few cars with his help and finally got my Subaru. I think Markham Subaru does not only have high performance Japanese vehicles, but also highly represents Japanese politeness. I hope I could change another car to Subaru within one or two years at there.
I just leased a car from Lexus of Richmnd Hill. Archie Farokhi, the sales associate, was very helpful, thorough, courteous, patient and helped us to negotiate a good deal. Although the financial part was a bit rushed on the weekend with another employee, because other customers were waiting, I was later able to get my questions answered and any tweaks made. Archie was very prompt, responsive, gave me a detailed tutorial on my car and was great and personable to my son, husband and father. He's clearly caring and family-oriented and understands the excitement and financial commitment that come with purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. He offered good advice and explanations of options and I would highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again.
I just recently brought my new Lexus around 5 months ago but unfortunately at another dealership as i wasn't aware of of this location. I was looking for some new parts more specifically a F sport intake systems and randomly reach out to Lexus of Richmond Hill via email. A gentlemen in the parts department by the name of Brad Worthington promptly got back to me and provided the best service i had so far in any of my past Lexus dealership experience. Unfortunately, Lexus Canada doesn't produce the product i was looking for any more for my new Lexus.

We recently purchased a gently used Honda H-RV from this dealership and found them to be first class. The salesperson we dealt with was Kumar Jegasothy. He was very professional, and never applied any of the high pressure sales tactics that we have all come to expect. After having worked out a deal that was satisfactory to both parties, they then offered us 0% financing for 12 months instead of us handing over our savings. It doesn't get much better than that. They didn't wanna sell me a used car for what I've asked for. It was sitting in their lot for months. They ended up taking it to the auction and selling it for less of what I've asked for. The used car's manager is 20+ years old. That says it all.

We just got our first Lexus a couple of months ago and had the first service the other day. Very pleasant experience both times! Anthony Sotoadeh (salesperson) took the time to say hi again and answered all of the questions that had come up for us, while we were passing time during the service. I would have preferred a bright sunny afternoon this past Saturday when I visited Lexus of Richmond Hill. Unfortunately the rain was unrelenting. My husband went inside to "get information" but I was excited to see what they had in the pre-owned vehicle lot, so with umbrella in hand, I started looking at the vehicles. After 25 minutes in the pouring rain, I found a few that I wanted to learn more about so I went into the dealership to see about a test drive. I joined my husband who was with the dealership greeter and was told that the sales rep was on the phone but would be with us shortly. Five minutes later, the rep still had not joined us and the rain had somewhat subsided so I told the greeter I would show her the vehicles and to please have the rep meet us outside. I showed my husband the vehicles. I kept watching the window for the greeter. Eventually I saw her and she was with another individual, who was drinking what I assume to be coffee. I was very excited to catch her attention waived and showed her the 3 vehicles, raising my arms and asking where the sales rep was - she waived back. Another 15 minutes or so went by - I looked at my phone and noticed that we had been at the dealership for 45 minutes now. The rain stopped and that is when the rep appeared. It was the same person standing with the greeter so I asked him if he had the keys so we could get going. He looked at me puzzled and said all he was told was that we were interested in a specific model. I showed him the 3 vehicles and asked him to please get the keys so we could move on. I specified which one I wanted to take out first. 15 minutes later (really, 15 minutes - I did time it) I went into the dealership looking for our rep. He was off to the side talking to other reps. I went to the greeter and asked if we could please get someone else. I explained why. The rep approached us, I repeated my dissatisfaction and he told me someone had taken his plates and had to wait for them to be returned. (?#?) I asked him if he had the keys, he said yes - I said lets go. When we got outside, he did not have the keys for the first vehicle I wanted to take out. When I mentioned this to him, he apologized and said he would get them. Frustrated I said not, let's just go. When we got back, the vehicle I wanted to take out was gone - ok we missed out. But the 3rd vehicle was still there so we took that one out. (an additional note, both vehicles we took out were filthy inside). The price was not on the vehicle. When I asked the rep he said the information was inside, so we went in. He went to find the information (cost and car proof). He came back and gave us this information. We asked him if he could do anything with the price as we had done our research and felt it was a bit high - what is the best price you can do?. He had to speak with the Manager. He came back and showed us his "best price"... it was the original price plus 13%. We were insulted. Almost 2 hours at the dealership, almost 1 hour standing outside in the rain, it was clear we were motivated - - yet we were disrespected and treated with arrogance. It was a horrible experience.
Luisa and Anthony were fantastic to deal with. From the test drive to the hassle free sales process, they were professional and a joy to work with. Luisa even spent over an hour walking through the new vehicle on delivery to ensure we were comfortable with our new purchase.

I went car shopping for my daughter, my experience started off okay, I got what I wanted to hear and was serious about purchasing a car, long story short, we ended up signing but we were not aware that we were signing a bill of sale, nothing was confirmed to us neither was explained, it was very rushed. later that day not even a couple hours later, we called and put the credit application on hold since it never even went through yet , and a couple hours after that, we called the sale person we were dealing with to cancel the deal. we were pushed and pushed to change the deal when we said multiple times we want to cancel it, the following day, I personally came into the dealership to speak with the general manager and explain the situation where I was told I cannot get a refund of my deposit as well as we have to get the car, when on the bill of sale it said the car lease was starting and the car was delivered on April 9, 2019, the same day we were there and signed the offer, so that was clearly a lie since the car was not even in stock because we were showed a different car and were told they have to bring the car that we wanted. The general manager was even questioning my knowledge about the laws and threatened me, there was no one to speak to, another manager was talking to me with his mouth open while chewing gum, very unprofessional. Point is the second anything goes wrong or more specifically not their way, they act very different and rude and there is no one to talk to.
We were asked to provide insurance information, when usually that happens after they submit your credit application and its approved, as well as receive your VIN number of the new vehicle, we did not have our credit application go through so that obviously would not of been approved without our consent to send it through as well as we did not get a VIN number. we verbally called and cancelled the day of and like said above told them to not send any credit application through. After we were treated completely different.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP NOR TRUST ANYONE WORKING IN IT BECUASE THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR, UNTIL YOU GET SCREWED OVER.
This dealership has consistently been leading the way in doing wonderful things for the clients. I just had my tyres switched, etc. They collected my car from my parking lot, drove it to the dealership, kept me updated on what is happening with the car, got my invoice, paid the invoice online and the car returned to my parking lot! How wonderful is that!!!!! I boast about the dealership all the time! Thanks for everything!
I have called 4 times now and i guess its a ghost town here cause no one picks up the phone, is there no reception? Called sales got VM, called again =VM. Called service = VM. Called parts, someone picked up, as to be transfered to anyone working in sales, got VM. What is going on here?
Unfriendly staff. Took about 5 min for assistance once we walked in. No adjustments on prices. Unorganized, did not offer for test drive. Sorry but you just lost a sale, going to London or Toronto on the Park for my Lexus. Never judge your customers as you will make a fool out of yourself "it doesn't seem as if you are ready" was what we heard from their sales rep. Oh how wrong you were...

DO NOT Ever buy from my this dealership. Rude manager. Their customer service is Zero. If I have chance to give them negative (less than one star) I would have choosen that. Went to buy Lexus RX350 , Mr Amar took my offer to their Masnager Anthony. I was advised that Don valley Lexus IS offering free snow tires with all purchases. Mr Amar said Done Valley and Richmond Lexus IS one and same and they will offer same. Rather than a sign back, I was rudely advised By Anthony take it or leave it. I advised Mr Amar that I would like to see Anthony and was advised no he does not wants to see us as he is having his Lunch, whereas hen we saw he was just sitting in his cabin. Mr Amar (sales person) also confirmed with us to goi home and said Anthony is not in good mood.
The fact is that I asked Mr Amar and seek his advice as to what should I be putting on an offer or what is the best price I can get it. I was advised that it's my choice. Second time my offer was only $1,800.00 less than the asking price and was told "Big No" on offer and winter tires and in small words it was "Take it or leave it" which can be confirmed by Mr Amar.
I specifically asked Mr Amar that I would like to speak to Anthony but I was told that he is having his Lunch and is not in a Good mood today. Staff was not even aware of the Black Friday promotion and I was told that Winter tires are not in stock and may not be in location for months. Excuses were made to skip the promotion. If Mr Anthony was having his Lunch, he could have asked me to wait which was not even offered. Mr Amar did tried to get assistance from other staff but no help.
I ended up buying car from DON VALLEY LEXUS. Their sales person Oliver and their manger are awesome persons. Their customer service is the best. I ended up getting a Car from them with a better deal.. Do not waste your time buying vehicles from Richmond Hill Lexus. Just go to Don Valley Lexus and see Oliver at Don Valley Lexus.
Don Valley Lexus gave me free winter tires, Hood protector at very very reasonable price, new wax and buffing, snow mats, free change of winter tines and free first service.
My sales is Katie. She is so nice , so friendly to me. After I got may NX, I still text her about some little questions. She always reply me shortly. I will come back for the third Lexus car .

2017 Lexus RX350 started leaking from sunroof I called the service department they took my car twice for a repair after the first time it gotten worse. I own the car for only a month I asked for a new car cause obviously it's a factory defect now they're trying to blame the car wash of petro Canada.
The service manager told me that Lexus made the car this way and it sppouse to leak
I called another Lexus dealership telling them that and they started laughing at me saying that's insane
The guy insulting my intelligence
They keep saying that it's the specific car wash location so I took it to another one
And guess what same thing it's pouring water
From the sun roof.
I will never go near Lexus again and I will make sure my friends and family won't step in any of Lexus delarships ever
I went to purchase a vehicle a couple of weeks ago. Imtiaz was the sales rep who helped me out. I gave him a budget to work with and he was able to get me the car I wanted for less than what I expected to pay. He provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend going to see him if you need a nice car for a great price. Wasn t happy with the service we were given so we tried to talk to the General manager but an associate named Aydin came in front of me pretending he is the like the owner so we tried talking to Aydin about the situation but he refused to listen to anything we had to say and didn t even let us talk and kept shutting us down by shouting at us and abusing us so when I told I want to talk to someone else he said he is in charge of everything and won t let us talk to anyone else .
