I purchased a 2015 IS250 from Lexus of Richmond Hill about 2 weeks ago with Craig Ricketts. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Craig - he was patient, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. Craig took the time to follow up with me, he was attentive and ensured that I bought the car that was right for me. From our introduction to the delivery of my Lexus, Craig was nothing but professional and I will surely reccommend him to anyone considering a Lexus as their next vehicle.

We worked with Archie to buy a new car. He is not only a nice human being but helped us with buying vs leasing decision. As this was our first new car, this was a very important step and he was very patient throughout and will fight to get you the best deal from his manager. There are very few honest people I have worked with and Archie is on that list. He will give you the right advice and most importantly will get you the car in your budget. I would recommend any new buyer to work with Archie.
Dealership is also nice and they have pretty good deals all through the year.

Kasra was our sales rep for my dream car. He was very nice, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Edit. When I got my car they had "replaced" my windshield (which I had to pay extra for) but the side panel that acts as the seal wasn't properly installed and popped out 3 months after purchase. I called back a few times with no response. I had my dad glue it down Macgyver style... I was buying into a used car so I will settle, but I did pay for the "labour" for the installation of this new windshield. Feels like wasted $$. If this was a new car, I would be very upset and ready to Hulk smash.

NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM the extremely unprofessional staff here. tonight a sales associate in a vehicle was speeding in excess of 100km/h in the center turning lane. the driver entered the lane over a double solid yellow line. at which point he almost collided with another vehicle who was properly trying to make a left turn in the lane (headed the opposite direction) at which point the driver swerved back into the single lane traffic only to swerve back into the center lane over a double solid yellow at which point i was changing lanes (at the point of the white dotted line) to make a left hand turn and wait at the light. i inadvertently cut off the driver. only to have this driver continue heading in the same direction....... (they used the middle lane as a passing lane which it is not)

i have spoken with one of the managers who is totally not taking the matter seriously at all. this sales associate put many lives in danger tonight. PLEASE BE WARNED!

Purchased a 2016 NX200T in silver colour F-sport 2. My sales person was Andrew Stepanenko. I was provided with excellent customer service through out the sales and delivery process. i went to purchase used 2013 gs350. Booked appointment couple day ago. I was set up with used car sales man Rob or Rod. After a short test drive he told me he asked me if i was serious about buying the car and i told him if my wife likes the car i am willing to pay cash . Then he mentions he has to do deal with a car delivery. As my wife and I was sitting in the car he sent out another sales person with a customer who asked me for the key of the car while we were in it. I felt humiliated that i would get treated this way. maybe its a sales tactic he used to push me to purchase the car. I went to dvn lexus and spoke to Bob bai and purchased a 2013 gs350 from that location. My advise is when a customer who is going to buy a vehicle maybe show a little more respect. I will not recommend any of my friends or family to buy from this lexus.

Worst service and very rude staff, I wanted to borrow a car because I had to service my car but it took them so long and there was a lot of problems and they were behaving really rude So i took an uber home instead.

Be very Careful of This Dealership!They sold me a car over the phone for $28500 , I went to their dealership next day , they increased the price to $29800 , I still said ok , I will take it but the tires of this car is too old and it wont pass safety, they said no! we are not going to change it , they wasted all my time , waited at their dealership for 2 hours , then they were very strange and unprofessional , they did not give me the car , the sales person's said name is Kumar Jegasothy and his sales manager they were very tricky and wanted to deceive me charge me another $1300 on the car and charge me another $1000 for the tires !! I am surprised they are still in business hopefully people will know about their realty and tricks soon.

I had my service appointment and asked them to fix TPMS. After I picked up my car, I found out the TPMS gone worse because there is no number or figure in TPMS. I called the service advisor. She cannot give me a explanation and her attitude was rude, put me on hold without a word. It is unacceptable and unprofessional

I recently purchased a vehicle at Lexus of Richmond Hill and would like to share my disappointing experience with this dealership. Prior to visiting this dealership I spoke with the sales rep to see if my budget for a particular vehicle was reasonable, as I did not want to waste anyone's time. I was told it was doable and to come in to the dealership. I entered this dealership and met with the sales representative Jennifer, we went for the test drive I liked the car, when it came down to talk numbers this is when it took a turn, I was pressured into giving a number I wasn't fully comfortable with as I was pressed for time, upon telling Jennifer that I need my wife to take a look at the vehicle as well and we would come later that same day if an agreed price was agreed upon. I was told and I quote "it s a Lexus why does your wife need to see the car" this comment was in my opinion very degrading and rude, that same day I left a voicemail for the General manager Nadeer Rana (and still to this day have not gotten a call back). I left the dealership and they called back with a price, that we agreed upon after much back and forth, we went to the dealership to sign the deal that same day I had asked for a few items to be fixed before I pick up the car they were as follows; Buff out the scratches (was not done properly), lubricate the door hinges (was not done), fix the rear cup holder (was not done), touch up the paint (not all spots were completed), Buff out the scratches on the rim (was not done).The day came for me to pick up the car and when I arrived to review the car I noticed the vehicle was not cleaned properly and was still dirty. The Leather was not conditioned and was very dry. There was some sort of over spray on the hood and when asked what it was the sales rep told me it was from buffing. Buffing does not cause this issue it smooths out the paint. The sunroof had some sort of residue on the interior of the glass. Upon reviewing the car with the Lexus specialist the battery died and I asked if the battery had been inspected as it was very unusual that a battery would die after 5-10 min of leaving the car in auxiliary mode. I was told by the sales representative that the battery was that it was checked when safety was done. (This was not the case as I requested that they check it again and when they did they had to replace the battery as it was dead which means they lied). After replacing the battery they did not reset the backup camera so the grid lines did not move when the steering moved. In addition there was an error message that popped up stating that there was a malfunction with the AWD system and that it switched to 2WD. When I asked about why the cup holder was not replaced I was told that this was going to cost $2,610 to replace. I spoke with the parts department the next day and found out that the part was only approx. $160.The touch up paint that I asked for was dry and did not have any paint left in it. (Almost as if it were used). Even when I was signing the final papers the sales rep was snatching the paper from me as I finished signing the page. I wanted to take my time and read what I was signing and her expression and body language showed as though she wanted me to hurry up and get out of the dealership. I contacted Lexus Canada to create a case about this, to this day I have still not heard back from the general manager from Lexus of Richmond Hill after leaving him a voicemail 2 weeks again and several messages with the reception. I also emailed him on December 3 2019 and still no response back. I had to reach out to the manager at Don Valley Lexus to see if they could help with the matter thankfully that manager sent an email over to Lexus of Richmond hill to try to help get the ball rolling. I am sure I have left out additional details about this matter as I am writing this review with a lot of disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU WOULD EXPECT WITH ANY LEXUS DEALERSHIP

Before finalizing purchase of our Lexus RX350 Sport, we examined same model and other comparable vehicles at various dealerships. But when we encountered Imtiaz Cheval, we realized that he would give us honest review of RX350 models and options as well best pricing possible. We visited with Imtiaz on many occasions and spent many hours with him. He never pressured us into making a decision. We asked many questions and he patiently answered them. Still, we said we wanted more time to think over. He followed up politely and wanted to know if we had any additional questions.

Since purchasing the vehicle, we have had first factory recommended service. This gave us opportunity to experience post-purchase service, which was very satisfactory. We found service facilities spacious and staff courteous and helpful. We look forward to servicing our vehicle at this dealership for many years in the future. We want to take this opportunity to thank Imtiaz Cheval for working with us over many weeks and for being patient with us, taking time to go over details and options in vehicle. He did so without making us feel rushed. He has ensured us that he would continue to be available to answer any inquiries we may have in the future, including give us refresher or better understanding of some technological features in the vehicle. Writing a review has been on my mind for many months (since April), but I just did not have the chance to do so until now. My experience at Richmondhill Lexus was very positive! I saw a 2015 RX 350 on their website, called the dealership and spoke to Amar Verma. I made an appt. to drive in from Oakville to see the vehicle. I met Amar, he was very gracious in making me feel comfortable as well as taking the time to take me for a long test drive and answering all my questions. Never once did I feel rushed for anything.
Long story a little shorter, I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Amar had promised me that the RX would be in like brand new condition when I came back in to pick it up! He did not disappoint. The RX looked like new. I mentioned to him that the vehicle was for my wife. He arranged for the RX to have a bow on the hood of the car and to Bring the RX out front to surprise her! It all worked out and she was thrilled! I would definitely recommend Amar as a salesperson to work with as well as the dealership as a whole. Everyone that I met at the dealership to finalize the purchase was very friendly and helped out greatly. Until next time...

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! I actually own a lexus myself was there to service it for a recall that Toyota put out (go figure I had to come in on my own time for their mistake to begin with). I was perfectly on time, and they took forever to even get me to speak with a rep, at this point I still didn't mind. Then they were supposed to give me a rental car while mine was being serviced because it was a full day job. One of their reps told me they had no cars available and to wait 5 - 10 min until one arrived. I waited 40 min and the rep didn't even care to follow up with me. Another person I was dealing with saw me and asked about the situation. By this point I had already missed an appointment in my office which cost me money and I was not happy to say the least. I told him I want my car back and left. I am seriously re considering ever purchasing a Lexus ever again in my life and family all own Benz's and now I know why. I have had better service at Mcdonalds. I strongly suggest anyone to reconsider coming to this lexus or purchasing one from this dealership.

Its been about 20 years since I had to shop for a new car and my experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill was nothing short of phenomenal. I had the pleasure of dealing with Katie. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows all details required to help you choose the car that best suits your needs. She is patient and is attentive to your needs. Sometimes , when you buy a car ..you focus so much on the Car that you completely forget about the Service and Customer Appreciation from the Dealer. With Lexus Richmond Hill - The Customer Service is as good as the Car they deliver. I have the best experience purchasing a car from them last week and their man "Rod Roozbehani" is one of the best person I have met in this Automobile Trade across Ontario-Quebec. Period. Bought a car while sitting in Ottawa because Rod was able to bring trust and transparency in the entire transaction from the first phone call itself. He was flexible, helpful and professionally so engaging that it was a treat buying the car from them. Who checks upon the Customer that whether they have reached safely from Toronto to Ottawa. Rod does. I have no doubt that this is the culture at Lexus Richmond Hill. Guys, you have already sold me my next car :). Will be coming back soon.

Overall experience was really pleasant. Sales rep Mr Ted Jeffrey helped me with the price and service of the car. The car was handed over to me well serviced. The set price of the car was already a little below the market value and i got further discount based on some scratch marks on the bumper. The registration and paper work went really smooth. My experience with this dealership has been very pleasant so far, i bought a CPO Lexus RX 350 about a month back and Amar (sales manager) assisted me with the process of trading in my old vehicle and finding me the perfect replacement. Something unheard of from dealerships, it was truly a refreshing experience. The entire team at Lexus of Richmond Hill is great and very pleasant to deal with, they go the extra mile to make their customers happy. This is a very late review, but I bought a GS350 last Feb, 2016. I had a good experience with Dillon Hu, who I was referred to from a friend. Even though he could have taken advantage since I did mention that I'm new to buying from a dealership, but I felt very comfortable, and even took the time to come and deliver the car on the same day that he was celebrating Chinese New Year, I asked him many time I can come the next day as I didn't want to disturb his celebration, but he insisted that it was ok and I can come and get the car, I think that was very much over and beyond the expected customer service. Unfortunately that car became a write-off 365 days later, so I will be going back there to get another car.

I went to the same dealership for most of the year for service, and was very happy with everyone that I came in contact with. One great event was when they invited us for Lexus Track day and got to ride some of the sports cars at high speed at Mosport. This family of dealer ships really knows how to keep customers.

I may or may not be able to deal with them this time only due to not having what I'm looking for in the pre-owned inventory, but I'm trying my best to stick to this dealership, I might just end up buying something less preferable in order to stick to this dealership, lets see...

I went to the dealership a couple of weeks ago and held off writing my review thinking all lexus dealers are horrible, but of course I was wrong

I went a couple of weeks ago to buy a 2016 lexus es CPO, we were met with Rod (Farhad) when we arrived, he showed us the car and also test drove it with him. When we went back to the office, we were informed about an accident on the car for about 7500$ that was not listed on the autotrader ad for the car

Regardless, I was still interested in the car and wanted to buy it but where things changed was when Rod would not agree to negotiate the price for the car even after informing us about the accident.

The issue was not with his ignorance about negotiating with the price but when he was asked to speak to his manager of our request, he simply said 'I cant do it as I'll be embarrassing myself' We weren't being silly with our request but anytime we spoke of anything, he simply didn't want to listen, rather just asked me to sign the paper to commit to buying the car, when he was told that unfortunately, this is not how things work for me and that I'm not going to blindly sign a paper, his attitude completely changed and told us hes not even sure whether we can afford the car or not, at which point we left all together and decided that we'd rather go to a different dealership (probably the best thing I did)

I highly recommend any other lexus dealership or simply do not deal with Rod, unless you're unsure how arrogant a sales guy can be, then definitely check him out

I should've read the reviews before I walked in as other people have also written negatively of him and spoken to someone else

I have bought 2 brand new cars and 1 used car in the past 5 years, this was definitely the worst experience I've ever had

Also a side note to the dealership: you should put 'firm price' like they do on kijiji ads so people like me and others dont waste our time or yours

Recently purchased a car here with Imatiaz Cheval as the sales agent who was very professional and always tried his best to meet my needs. He was readily available via phone/texts to answer my questions/concerns, even outside of business hours. I would highly recommend him the next time you visit. Hoping the great service will continue moving forward!

Let me start with saying this Amar you are best and keep doing such a great job....Just purchased my first vehicle in Canada with the help of Amar and Anthony. It was a very professional dealership and I had an amazing experience! Amar was very friendly and kind and he was very accommodating to all our needs. I was able to purchase the car in an amazing condition. We met with Imtiaz Cheval and he explained the features and pricing on the different SUV models so well that we wanted to take a test drive right away. We liked the feel of the RX 350 so much that we decided to lease it immediately. Imtiaz is a professional sales consultant who really impressed us with his knowledge, helpful nature and friendly attitude.
