I have driven Lexus since they were first introduced to Canada.
I did buy a vehicle previously from Richmond Hill, and on that occasion I was very disappointed with the 'couldn't get me out of there fast enough' attitude, when the salesman at the time was going over the new car features.
Additionally I was asked to give him an excellent full mark rating.
I really didn't want to come back! However I did, and Imtiaz Cheval could not have been more professional or helpful.

Amazing dealership! I've owed 4 lexus' since 2008. They always do their best to give you best deal without pressure. Great brand, never had any issues with any of the Lexus' I've owned. If you want quality, luxury and reliability there's no other choice than Lexus.

I don t usually air grievances publicly but I am
At my wits end.

For several weeks i have been trying to change my lease from one bank to a new one. ALL details are the same except the bank itself and this is my 5th vehicle with the dealer and lease arrangement.

At first Toyota leasing said it cant be done! Then they emailed me forms fax. Done. No payment was taken from my account.

I eventually get nowhere with them and go to my sales rep for help. He also gets nowhere with the leasing office so he asks dealer finance person to help. She reviews an additional form and sends it, says all good now.

Still no payment is made days later. I leave messages. No reply to to me. I go back to dealer. Another finance rep first says I am not her account and come back when my rep is in. I say no. She learns the first rep was emailed 2 weeks before that new form was incomplete. No one told me, plus she had approved it!

New rep faxed info again. Still no payment from my account. Today I spent all day trying to reach a person. Messages not returned. Many calls disconnected. Then after telling me to leave a voice mail they say my rep is on vacation this week anyway.

Next step. I will leave the car at the dealer and walk away. My 5th purchase and other family have been clients. Not much interest or help coming my way. No loyalty. I have received 2 overdue payment notices in the mail.

The general manager Nadeer is totally useless. Too...

The general manager Nadeer is totally useless. Took my RX350 for service. Recommended a differential oil change when my car doesn't have a differential! Total theives here. Even the service manager agreed reluctantly that the work written wasn't done. Furthermore, asked to replace a cabin filter without checking that it was just changed by them very recently!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Have been servicing my car here for years, clearly loyalty means nothing to these greedy folk. They updated my 'platinum plus points' that I don't have.

Update to communication from manager: manager unavailable to return calls. How can you suggest changing an oil before verifying it's worn out? Shouldn't a service advisor at a Lexus dealership check the vehicle before advising? I didn't take it to a rubbish shop. I took it to a dealer who charges big bucks for "quality service".

Update 2: Spoke to general manager. He's upset at the review! Still not willing to own up to trying to trick customers! Do yourself a favour, avoid this dealership!

This time we had Imtiaz Cheval for my lease renewal.

He is very friendly, patient throughout the process of the renewal. He explained and answered whatever questions we had.

If you would like First Class Experience ask for Amar! Not only was he extremely professional , honest, through, he was never pushy and would go to bat for you when it came time to negotiate. The whole process was very comfortable and pleasant and fun from start to finish (this is coming from a women that was nervous about being taken advantage of because i knew nothing about vehicles) :) He took the time to explain everything to me in detail.

The General manager called me back and agreed to the following:
- 50/50 on a transmission fluid and spark plug replacement
- Replacement of the rear cup holder
- Touched up most scratches
- Attempted to remove the overspray on the hood of the vehicle. There is still some overspray and some minor scratches but they did mentioned that they will do the best they could to remove it.
The Jak at the service department was great and was very knowledgeable he made my experience worth while.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Lexus of Richmond Hill and would like to share my disappointing experience with this dealership. Prior to visiting this dealership I spoke with the sales rep to see if my budget for a particular vehicle was reasonable, as I did not want to waste anyone's time. I was told it was doable and to come in to the dealership. I entered this dealership and met with the sales representative Jennifer, we went for the test drive I liked the car, when it came down to talk numbers this is when it took a turn, I was pressured into giving a number I wasn't fully comfortable with as I was pressed for time, upon telling Jennifer that I need my wife to take a look at the vehicle as well and we would come later that same day if an agreed price was agreed upon. I was told and I quote "it s a Lexus why does your wife need to see the car" this comment was in my opinion very degrading and rude, that same day I left a voicemail for the General manager Nadeer Rana (and still to this day have not gotten a call back). I left the dealership and they called back with a price, that we agreed upon after much back and forth, we went to the dealership to sign the deal that same day I had asked for a few items to be fixed before I pick up the car they were as follows; Buff out the scratches (was not done properly), lubricate the door hinges (was not done), fix the rear cup holder (was not done), touch up the paint (not all spots were completed), Buff out the scratches on the rim (was not done).The day came for me to pick up the car and when I arrived to review the car I noticed the vehicle was not cleaned properly and was still dirty. The Leather was not conditioned and was very dry. There was some sort of over spray on the hood and when asked what it was the sales rep told me it was from buffing. Buffing does not cause this issue it smooths out the paint. The sunroof had some sort of residue on the interior of the glass. Upon reviewing the car with the Lexus specialist the battery died and I asked if the battery had been inspected as it was very unusual that a battery would die after 5-10 min of leaving the car in auxiliary mode. I was told by the sales representative that the battery was that it was checked when safety was done. (This was not the case as I requested that they check it again and when they did they had to replace the battery as it was dead which means they lied). After replacing the battery they did not reset the backup camera so the grid lines did not move when the steering moved. In addition there was an error message that popped up stating that there was a malfunction with the AWD system and that it switched to 2WD. When I asked about why the cup holder was not replaced I was told that this was going to cost $2,610 to replace. I spoke with the parts department the next day and found out that the part was only approx. $160.The touch up paint that I asked for was dry and did not have any paint left in it. (Almost as if it were used). Even when I was signing the final papers the sales rep was snatching the paper from me as I finished signing the page. I wanted to take my time and read what I was signing and her expression and body language showed as though she wanted me to hurry up and get out of the dealership. I contacted Lexus Canada to create a case about this, to this day I have still not heard back from the general manager from Lexus of Richmond Hill after leaving him a voicemail 2 weeks again and several messages with the reception. I also emailed him on December 3 2019 and still no response back.

I have been dealing with Dillion Hu at Lexus of Richmond Hill for quite some time, as he is my sales consultant for all three of my vehicles.

Everytime, Dillion provides service with a smile and provides the necessary answers to the questions that I have in order to make the right decision on the vechile purchase.

I have finally gone from leasing a Lexus to financing a Lexus and picked up the new 2015 Lexus RX350 on May 7, 2014 and Dillion took the time to explain the new features in the car the changes made from my 2011 Lexus RX350 to the new one.

If you are looking to lease or finance a Lexus in the future or now, I would highly recommend Lexus of Richmond Hill and sales consultant Dillion Hu.

Not only have I had the pleasure of dealing with the sales, but I also dealt of the service department. The BEST TEAM EVER. They take time to know who you are (so they know you by name) and greet you with smile and service excellence.

The service team also take the time to understand the issues with your vehicle and provide necessary service requirements and also explain what those service requirements entitles.

They also provide their recommendation(s) when needed and also ask for your permission for work is done on the vehicle.

From my understanding, only use this dealership if...

From my understanding, only use this dealership if you are looking for brand new Lexus. For pre-owned vehicle, stay 1000 miles away from these guys. Their pre-owned vehicle under 21K are utter BS. Quality is below par, and they try to sell it as is for above market price (With no Emission testing, No safety, etc. )

Here is my experience dealing with them: I went to meet Kumar from this Lexus on 24JUN2017. It was a RX350 2010. We took a test drive. Kumar was very helpful. But during our test drive I figured that I will have to spend another 6K minimum to keep this car running on the road. The car's rotor, pad, baring / ball joint felt damaged, and Kumar also agreed to my point. While examining under the hood, I saw oil, break fluid, coolant was not changed on this car either!

Given all these facts, I was surprised that this dealership asked for 16K for this type of car (which is average price for a really well maintained RX 350)! Don't think they care much about their reputation or what type of pre-owned vehicle are coming out of their inventory. This was very disappointing for me. From what I have seen, this car should not have worth more than 10K in it's current condition. To make matter worse, carproof showed It had a collision at the front (reported) and most likely another at the back (unreported - I saw evidence of body work during my personal inspection).

In conclusion, if anyone wants to stick to Toyota dealerships, but looking for a pre-owned Lexus, I would highly recommend them to visit Toyota on the Park at Leslie St. They seems to have best quality pre-owned Lexus on their inventory. Happy shopping! :)

A Message to The Owners: Lexus of Richmond Hill ...

A Message to The Owners: Lexus of Richmond Hill is trending in the wrong direction... I have exclusivley owned Lexus vehicles for the last 14+ years and today was the first time i've ever considered looking elsewhere because of the service or lack therof that we received today (August 10, 2016).

I have been in the market for a 'daily driver / winter vehicle' and have been shopping around for the past 2 months. My wife and I visited Lexus of Richmond Hill today in hopes of finding a 3rd vehicle for our household.

Our experience was a nightmare to say the least, from the time we entered the dealership to the time we left . Although both receptionists' were idle upon our arrival, we were never greeted nor acknowledged... both were too busy playing with their personal phones. We carried on and inspected ALL of the vehicles in the showroom from the; NX, RX, CT, GS,IS and even the LS which is our dream car. Over the course of approx an 1 hour, not a single sales agent approached us, let alone acknowledged us. With the exception of a couple hard working sales agents who were with other clients, all were too busy huddled in the Manager's office playing with their phones or going out for a smoke. Ultimately, we were waiting for a senior sales agent anyways. Without singling anyone out -only a certain few who've been there for years and have put in work and continue to do so with pride.

This past year - I've noticed a significant change in the sales team from Sales Manager down... a change which I believe is detrimental and damaging to the Lexus brand. The new sales team, which in my opinion, are a bunch of young unprofessionals that are lacking class and the simple understanding of the "customer experience." Perception is everything folks!!!

Eventually, we sat with a senior sales agent who we respect and admire for his professionalism. We tested a few models and fell in love with 1 in particular. The sales agent tried his best and did everything he could to create a 'win -win' deal. Ultimately, approval from the sales / leasing Manager for the OFFERS (within reason) we presented was required. If i'm not mistaken - the sales manager's name is Vince Beincas, shaved head with a long strip of hair slicked-back down the middle.

Sadly, things didn't work out as Vince didn't want to budge.... We advised our sales agent that we would go home and discuss over dinner. We decided it was time to leave (3hrs later). As we proceeded, we noticed our sales agent walk to Vince's office to advise him of our decision... We will NEVER forget Vince's reaction as he disrepectfully threw his hands in the air and mouthed the words "!@#/ THEM!" I cant imagine how belittled the sales agent must have felt, especially in front of his young counter-parts, which again, were huddled in the Manager's office.

At this point, we looked at each other with shock and decided to b-line it for the exit.

This is the first time in 14+ years that I am considering even a domestic vehicle. You would expect class A service for class A vehicles which is just not happening at Lexus of Richmond Hill. This new breed - from the Sales Manager to the front desk requires some serious basic training.

I just scheduled an appointment with Audi. My option B.

*Update* visited Uptown Audi... my wife and I were welcomed as soon as we walked in. The staff from the front desk to the business manager went above and beyond to provide a customer centric experience.

We purchased a new performance top of the line S model.

I have a SUV Lexus GX460, 2010 and I am far away from the dealership. My car had a problem with one of sensors (there are a lot of them). It was hard to find which one, car has previous history from another dealership, which couldn't fix it. The team (included concierges, managers, and technicians)made feel my comfortable and solved the problem on time and I drove away on my car with piece of mind. I glad that I chose this dealership. The service we received at Lexus Richmond Hill was incredible! Greg Ashkenazy made the entire car buying process seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received the BEST deal and made us feel very comfortable. It felt like we were talking to a friend, not your typical sales rep. He had OUR best interest at stake and was incredibly personable. I can't say enough good things about Lexus RH. While downtown had our business for two years, we will always go back to RH. Everyone had a warm friendly face and was happy to help. Even the finance manager, George Notis was hilarious and made everything very painless! Top notch service guys!! Would 100% recommend Lexus to any of my friends/family. It's no wonder Greg has a desk full of awards - he deserves every one of them!!

Buying a used car could be very frustrating sometimes,after our long search we had a great experience in Lexus Of Richmond Hill thanks to our sale consultant Mr. Robby Budiman ,he was serious,extremely fun and reasonable timing.He is a very honest and trust worthy person and we felt like he did all he could to get us the best car ,not pushing us but truly based on honest consultations, also at the best price ,he negotiated as far as possible, and gave us some really useful tips ,and he has lots of charm and great sense of humor ,he will make you laugh ever 2-3 minutes ,which helps to reduce the tension and very enjoyable what could have been the other way. Truly he is an asset to Lexus.
Also Kasra was very supportive ,and the sale manager Mr.Babolsalam is a nice gentleman and Lin Ding very smart and wise Mortgage adviser and very very sharp in a good way.

I recently travelled from Brampton to Lexus of Richmond Hill to look at a used car they had advertised . I needed a car urgently, however I was still reluctant about purchasing, seeing as my first car I had for 13 years, and felt that nothing could top that car. I was greeted by the salesperson Amar, and he took the time to describe the car I was looking at, which reassured me, and as well he has a very friendly disposition. From that point on I felt a relief, and my anxiety was gone. I purchased the car without any reservations, and Amar was there every step of the way, walking me through exactly what needed to be done to get the car on the road. At Richmond Hill Lexus I felt like family, and was treated with respect, from the sales person Amar, to his supervisor George. I will be purchasing from them again, as well as recommending this dealership to friends and family, and did I mention I got a great deal too, not a penny over what I wanted to spend.

I would like to thank Lexus of Richmond Hill and especially Mr. Amar Verma for his wonderful services to help me select a great car for my family. I was looking for an Audi or BMW. After test driving my friend's Lexus I completely change my mind. My friend recommended to go to Richmond hill Lexus.

I went there two weeks ago and met the sales rep, Amar Verma. He explained everything in great detail, and showed us comparisons.

The drive and maintenance of Lexus is way less than German vehicle. I was still bit confused to choose between Audi and Lexus. I did a test drive 2017 Rx350 and it was extremely comfortable so my family and I choose it immediately.

It s been 3 weeks since the purchase and I love this car!

I got my pre-owned ES 350 ( 14), in July at Lexus of Richmond Hill. I didn t want to put my review until I drove the car for at least 3 month, (90days). Kumar Uthayakumar was my sells rep. Unbelievable customer service. He never oversold the car, but I know now what he meant when he said Drive the car for a while and see for yourself .
My wife who has QX60, much newer, would only drive my ES, every chance she gets. Lucky for her my ES is my weekend car, since I dive my work van through the week. The car in general is amazing, luxurious and very convertible to drive. I look forward for weekends to zoom out.
