The front line staff are great in Service. Very helpful. The only issue was that I had two mouldings come off after being serviced there. Took it to Lexus Barrie and they fixed it. They said it was that the vehicle was lifted improperly and it broke the clips that held on the mouldings. Cost me $35 to fix it but now it s all good. John the assistant service manager is so great to deal with.

Do not be afraid to take your car for service during this Pandemic! They were amazing. Every detail was done to keep us safe. The showroom had just so many seats separated for only a few customers at a time. This is my first Lexus - I wasn t sure I wanted to go with Lexus, but the RX350 F was amazing, so that sealed the deal for me. My three previous cars were made by Mercedes, Infiniti and Acura. In my experience of car leasing, never have I ever worked with someone like Luiza. She was *amazing*. She really cared that I got my car and loved it, understood how to use it (she sat with me for a couple of hours on Saturday and even another hour last week in the evening), and made sure the day of delivery was special (big red bow!). Honestly, I wish every car buying experience I had was this enjoyable. When I got my Mercedes in May of 2013, the salesperson drove the car up, showed me how to use Sirius XM, and then handed me the keys and away I went. To this day, I don t understand all of the functions of that car. But I feel like, in just a few short days, I know my RX inside and out.
Further to that, I had a small issue with beeping and brought my car in this morning to the service centre. I was greeted warmly and they had it figured out in 10 minutes, no appointment and free of charge. Everyone was lovely.
I am happy to be a customer there and appreciate the great service. Highly recommended.
If you are looking for honesty, and someone one your side when buying a car definitely seek out Imtiaz Cheval at Lexus of Richmond Hill. Imtiaz was honest about options, and more importantly the realistic possibilities when considering a budget. He went above and beyond to ensure that he had my best interest at heart. Also, the ladies sitting at the welcome desk were pleasant and took a genuine interest in getting to know potential customers!
An absolute nightmare to deal with. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships before, and had an easy and stress free experience, and this was the exact opposite of that, to the point that my stomach started churning every time they called. Unfortunately, I was in a position where I had no choice but to deal with them. Their "out of province specialist" was anything but. I told them that they legally cannot charge me HST becuse my province does not have it, and they cited an illegal "corporate policy" stating they had to, and I would be reimbursed by the government. I contacted both CRA and the GST department, and they told me that this was false. Lexus had no clue what they were doing and the purchase took an extra week for their lawyers to review and tell them exactly what I had told them initially. All in all they are clueless, not willing to serve the customer, and ignorant of the law. I am still waiting for my $10k HST rebate that they should never have charged me in the first place. With the number of car dealers out there, do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else.

Coming all the way from Ottawa to Richmond Hill, it was definitely worth the trip. I called the dealership ahead of time to ensure everything would be in order before my first visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I dealt with Amar Verma for the purchase of my used vehicle. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured into making a haste decision and he took the time to answer my all my questions. Great people skills and a really funny guy which made for a fun test ride. Even after the vehicle purchase, I emailed him a few times and he promptly responded. Would gladly deal with him again should I purchase another vehicle there in the future.

I brought my car in at this location for an air bag recall. The service here was excellent starting with the receptionists and all the service team. John who was in charge of taking care of the service on my car, was very professional and went above and beyond with a complimentary car wash. Everything was done in a very reasonable time so I had my car back in just a few hours and I did not encountered any extra costs. Very pleased with their service, they do deserve a 5 star review!
LEMON used is 250 sold and FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT of disrepair attempted by used car management at this location - Kasra, Daniel Park and Mike Maglio. Upon pick up, the car presented with a broken windshield, undercarriage in disrepair, excessive shaking and os sensor's out. Both managers attempted to conceal the repair issues repeatedly and pointed the finger at one another and then began to yell at us stating that they understand how they look and that this never should have happened. They tried to send us home after a supposed thorough inspection until manager Park was forced into a test drive. He then tried to cover up the issues while driving by stating that nothing was wrong until the noises from the undercarriage were too loud to hide. This forced him to point the finger at asst. Manager for failure to disclose the severity of the issues to him and assistant manager Kasra to point the finger back at him. Sent home again and OS issue presented again. Both managers said they did not know what to do and made no attempts to be proactive/ accountable in resolving the matter. The GM then acknowledged that the ball was dropped repeatedly in service and product quality and promised the cash value of the car to be put towards another IS 250. Good faith voicemail attempts to claim the cars value and accept his offer for another car on his website have been repeatedly ignored by GM - Maglio. Ineptitude in service quality flowing top down. Inspections and product quality, service quality and problem solving capacity and FRAUDULENT concealment and promises made throughout. Avoid this dealership and it's incompetent - lying staff at all costs. I have since asked for their OMBUDSMAN but the receptionist and management have not complied.
Sorry. to be honest I have to change my opinion as before. I won't trust a sales named Katie kong. She sold me a new car with scratches inside, and she told me it gonna cost $1800 to be repaired. Wich means my brand new car has that much problem. I am really wondering did u sell me a new car? !!!
Horrible customer service. Stay away from the sales agent named rod(middle eastern) gent I believe. My Wife was just there yesterday with my brother in law who cannot speak English and he treated them as they were a nusicance. Talked down to my wife like she was below him.
Not at all pleased to here this considering we're repeat customers. Will never step foot In this place again. And lucky for the poor excuse for a sales rep that I wasn't present because I would have let him have it. Northwest lexus by far has impecable service in comparison.
Unfortunately I feel compelled to write a negative review about this organization. I will not name names because of privacy reasons but in a nutshell I was sold a used vehicle with a price premium with assurance that I shall receive Lexus levels of post sale support. Sadly my experience has been far from it, after complaining and requesting rectification of issues I have waited for close to six months with no action. Furthermore my vehicle had barely passed certification because the brakes needed replacement after 8000 kms of driving and I also found out that the vehicle was certified with 10 year old tires which happens to be a grey area from a safety certification perspective. Please be aware while making a used vehicle purchase from this organization, my experience has been disappointing. I hope that I was an outlier because I see several 5 star reviews and I had wished that I could have been one of those reviewers. Again, please treat this dealership as a run of the mill used vehicle dealership, the Lexus brand does not mean much in this particular case.

Fulfilled all his verbal promises regarding fixing any paint perfections and making sure the car was ready as promised on the appointed date. I would deal with him again. I would like to describe our experience dealing with Lexus of Richmond Hill on our purchase of a 2017 Lexus NX Sport. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them starting in 2003. For the last four vehicles we have had the pleasure of dealing with Rod Roozbehani who happens to be one of the nicest people to deal with. He has great personal skills and we feel that he has always tried his best to get us a fair deal. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking at purchasing a Lexus at this dealship. Over the years we have dealt with many different dealships and we have never experienced the type of friendliness you get from dealing with this dealership from the sales staff to the service people. I wanted this to be short and meaningful.. I almost got a deal with a Lexus RX350, however, due to LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE at their end... I cancelled it 2-day prior of delivery!
Being a PROACTIVE person, I wanted all things in placed. Documents and bank approval were arranged.. In process of my auto insurance documents, I asked them many times what is the process but they never responded. Insurance was dated on the date of delivery which is the common process if you are buying a car. However, they said to change it 2-day prior to delivery. They admitted they dropped the ball there but NEVER APOLOGIZE.
I am waiting for an option to solve the issue... but they never did! Frustrated I am, I backed-out the deal!
Great buying experience and subsequently great service, very attentive. Carolina McKee was my service advisor several times and she does amazing job. Also comparing to some other dealerships I visited recently, Lexus Richmond Hill does great job ensuring that their customers are safe during pandemic - e.g. my key after service was given to me in the plastic bag where I had to retrieve it myself from the bag. All waiting area seats are sanitized immediately after use by customers and marked as sanitized/ safe to use by the next customer.

I have been a client of Richmond Hill dealership since I purchase my RX350 in 2012. I recently decided it was time to trade in the RX for a newer model. In this I was greatly helped by your sales representative Michael Tauro. I wanted a smaller vehicle and one that had all of the current safety devices on it. In Michael I found someone who was very knowledgeable with the product, friendly, professional and willing to spend the time with me to ensure that I was getting the right vehicle. I ended up purchasing a NX200 F3 model, with which I am very happy. When I picked up the vehicle Michael took the time to show me how the extra safety devices worked on the car. Bought my first Lexus in this dealership and was surprised by how friendly and helpful everyone was! Didn't plan on getting Lexus for myself but I got really sweet deal and I just couldn't resist. Salesperson(Greg Ashkenazy) showed me different cars, explained the major differences between them, gave me good suggestions and I was finally set to discuss the price on the car I liked. I explained what options I wanted on the car and he was really helpful giving me the best deal and lease rate! I would grealy suggest his professional services based on my personal experience!

Have had 2 recalls on my vehicle (which is not what I am upset about) but the service was pretty poor for both those visits. First visit, dealt with a super rude person who was helping me with the rental, not sure if they just didnt have a coffee yet, but I was very surprised and disappointed. My past visit was earlier this week and once again the customer service really upset me, I felt like no one there cared, and I left the dealership with a sour taste in my mouth and just had to write a review.
I would put lower stars based on my last 2 visits, but because I love my car so much and got it here pre-owned I have to give credit where its due.

I'm not usually one to review places I've dealt with but after a month with my new car (purchased used) I looked back on the service that I received at Lexus of RH and wanted to leave a review. For me this is my second car purchase. I started my search on auto trader as with the first and it landed me here. I came for a test drive with Andrew who was super friendly and personable and basically decided immediately that this was my car. He set everything up for me and I was off to see Sandra who would help me with the financing portion. I picked my car up within a week. Overall I am very impressed by the service I received from both Andrew and Sandra. They were both very organized and efficient especially with all the pick up paperwork. (Was quite the opposite for my first car, which was a different brand and different dealership) I would recommend going to see Andrew to anyone I know or that is reading this review that is looking to buy a used car to check out what this dealership has on offer. Couple of weeks ago I got a Lexus NX300 sport. I with my family went to this location just to see my options but had no intention to get it right away. Archie was the sales associate who showed me around. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Unlike other sales associate, he was very calm and explained me every thing about the vehicle. This was my first time visiting Lexus of Richmond Hill. Normally I take my RX to another GTA Lexus dealership for service but after a negative experience in November of 2019 I decided to go elsewhere.
I am very pleased I did. I was impressed with the dealership from the minute I walked in. I was greeted immediately and guided directly to where I needed to be. I met with Carolina McKee my Service Advisor.
Carolina is very personable and professional. We went through the issue I was experiencing and she took time to understand and communicate next steps with me. This was refreshing as based on past experiences with the other dealership I always felt every interaction was rushed, impersonal and as though my business was not valued. Complete 180 here! Carolina really does an exceptional job making the client feel like their business is appreciated!
Carolina then brought me to the Hertz counter to be setup with a loaner vehicle. The agent that I dealt with at Hertz was very pleasant and set me up quickly ensuring I was on my way for the day.
As promised Carolina kept me apprised on what was going on throughout the day. Parts are on order and I will be returning to have the work completed. This experience was top notch and I look forward to returning to the dealership to have the work completed. Based on this stellar experience I will absolutely return for service and new car sales when needed.

She made my purchase experience one to remember. I'm a guy who usually buys older vehicles, use the for a bit and trash them. Took a chance on a newer model this time. She was very helpful in getting the price i was looking.
There were some hiccups with the car after i had gotten the delivery. i drove for a bit and noticed some issues; they were rectified immediately. They went above and beyond call of duty and i will definitely purchase another car from this dealership and Luiza will be my Sales Agent. When i thought all hope is lost, this dealership proved me wrong.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Coombs of Lexus of Richmond HIll recently. He has a very professional non aggressive and knowledgeable style that made doing the deal on our new 2018 NX300 a treat. If you are apprehensive about going into a dealership and being pounced on by a sales person please take my advice, call and ask for Gary first and let him help you! Of course the car is awesome as well.
DO NOT buy their Titan or whatever additional coverage they sell you after you purchase the car. NOT worth it. When I buy it, they said it will cover paint (sales person says scratches are covered), dent, etc. for 5 years. So I thought that is a good deal. When it really happens, they let me go there for inspection. Then they told me sorry those are NOT covered. Sorry that sales people mislead you. We have a detailed policy here, which doesn t include cosmetic. With what they cover, they also have a LOT of exclusions! It costs me 2K dollars for almost nothing!

My wife and I like driving new cars, so we've been leasing for the past 20 years. Yet, I genuinely hate interactions with car salesmans. When I came to Lexus of Richmond Hill to test drive new RX350 I was quite surprised to meet Greg Ashkenazy - very professional, no pressure whatsoever, useful tips on what features to look for. In fact, when I came to the dealership, RX350 was my 3rd choice after Acura MDX and BMW X4. After 15 min chat with Greg I decided to price RX350 and 30 min later the deal was concluded. This was probably the easiest, quickest, and most pleasent car lease transaction I had in 20 years. I will certainly come back to Greg when my lease expires, hopefully he still be there in 2021.
The best sells rep in all of GTA. Kumar at R.H. Lexus is the best and most down to earth sells rep you ll ever meet. Product knowledge is off the scale. On top of that, he ll make you be at ease, and no pressure at all at any time. I guess when you re selling a real quality product, it comes as a package. We will see you soon again. :)

I was little scared , bring my lexus to the dealership because it would cost a arm and leg Amanda and her service technician where amazing up front about everything and didn't charge for things they could of. She was probably the nicest person I have even dealt with on the phone and in person. She should be in charge of customer service there! The manager reached out to me and sent me a check for the right amount. It took a while, however they resolved the issue. After all I am happy.
I had leased a car 3 years ago. I recently returned that car and leased a new one. However, I was charged for the monthly fee for the car that I returned for this month, even though I returned it 2 months ago! So I took it up with them. They just ignore my calls, I ve left dozens of messages, especially for their finance department. But they have not got back to me. This is crazy, I did not expect this from Lexus. Very disappointed. It s been 2 weeks, and I have not got the money back yet!

One month after I got my car, I was told to come back for servicing. Which was odd, but It was a Lexus LX 570 and I let it go. Only for my car to be stolen not long after and all the dealership could tell me was as follows: - the global tracking feature was a scam. - a car that expensive had no security whatsoever that someone could get in without the key or an alarm going off. - I shouldn't worry insurance would cover it. It's become very clear to me that no one here has any morals. Their objective is to sell the cars at any means necessary, without a moment's care to the truth about its features. Frankly, I wouldn't rule out a collusive involvement in the theft.

Came to Lexus for Recall and routine service check and came out with error codes on my dash that they will not clear it without me paying and blaming an accident I had a year ago.
Our experience with this dealer has been extremely good. We weren't bothered by anyone when we walked in, and when I had some questions I talked to Ray Tsang. Ray was not only helpful, but he's also patient and most importantly very honest. I know because I have actually done quite a bit of research before going to dealers. Also I had no intention of buying a car on that day, but Ray was just too good, and he wasn't being pushy at all. Working with Mr. Tsang combined with a great deal led to my decision to buy the car on that day. Here's hoping the service department is great as well.

I have been with this dealer since Jan 2016. It was 5 stars in every aspect. In the last 18 months, the dealership have been cutting cost to its service department. The staffs still very good & professional, unfortunately they cannot handle the volume with understaffed budget, quality went down the drain. I have 2 Lexus, retuning one leased vehicle lately. The experience wasn't that great as NO ONE RETURN Calls (only 1 time 2 persons returned my call that day after I complained)! Most of the time I had to complaint & finally gave up but to constantly keep on calling until I can reach the leasing manager - only 1 person responsible for lease returns. Because of the quality of service has been deteriorating now, I will be moving the service to my other Lexus away later this year. When I lease another Lexus again, it won't be this Dealership. I hope not all Lexus dealerships are like this and I hope this Dealership will improve in the future.

We purchases a Lexus Certified GS350 from Lexus Richmond Hill in June 2013. There was 18,050 km reading on the odometer.
On Monday Oct 21 2013 we drove the car to LRH to check out the tires as the tire warning light came on all weekend. The LRH service department checked the tires and advised us that nothing was wrong with the tires. The odometer read 21,843 at the time of service.
On Wednesday Oct 30th, 2013 the front passenger side tire failed on the QEW Westbound, at about 22,000 km Odometer reading, and Lexus Assist was called to put on the spare tire.
I called LRH about the warranty on the Dunlop tires and were told that there were no warranties. I checked the Dunlop Canada web site and there warranties were up to 95,000 km. So I am out of luck since LRH feels that the vehicle purchased in June 2013 (Lexus Certified) does not cover tires. The service department wanted more than $500 for replacing the one tire. Some mudguard damage was done by the damaged tire when the vehicle had to be driven slowly to the shoulder.
I am wondering if there are others in a similar situation in the past who can advise me of options regarding this matter.
I am seeking replacement tires at alternate facilities.
I have responded to LRH email and is awaiting their position on this matter.
We recently leased a new Lexus NX300 from this dealership and we had exceptional customer service from Imtiaz Cheval. He took time to explain the features of the car as well as demonstrate some of the safety features. We also felt welcomed by the friendliness and the professionalism exhibited by the other employees of this dealership. Although it is quite a distance, we intend to service and maintain our vehicle at Lexus on the Hill! Thank you!
