Recently i bought ES 350. Car had several issues, which were never mentioned to me by Lexus Richmond hill.
Me and my son Shahroz Hashmi went back and file complaint but unfortunately new car sales manager behaviour was so mean towards us. He acutaly did not want to listen car issues. I was very much disappointed of his mean behaviour. This is my first Lexus car ever but i had bad experiance. I had no choice except to file complain.
My son Shahroz Hashmi wrote all car issues to corp.
Later i got call from George used car sales manager. Finally i met George and he apologized.
George compensated us by fixing car as much as he could do.
Finally i will say George keep up the good work you do. Amar was also very helpfull to me.
