I recently took my Lexus RC350 because I was hearing a clunking noise from my rear passenger side wheels. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Laila Rad. She was amazing and of great help! She had gotten my diagnostics done in a timely manner and had ensured that I was covered under warranty which I was unaware of at the time and therefore all of the work was being taken care of without any hassle.
