This Dealership and specifically, Amar, sales consultant in the used inventory department, far exceeded my expectations. I live out of province and found a vehicle I was very interested in. I connected with Amar who was crazy busy on day 1 post-covid lockdown but he still took the time to message with me and follow up with a call to learn more about what I was specifically looking for in a vehicle. While I didn t end up buying from LoRH, only because I found a vehicle at another dealership, I have to say that I was so impressed with Amar s communication and follow-up.
