Horrible customers service, not even worth 1 star, stay away from this dealership while you can.
Pre-sale period sale manager will response to your email and arrange sale person to call you next day; however for post sale support, they ignore you.....
On my car pickup day, tinted windows and hood deflector had not yet installed, tires pressure were not balance, windshield washer low with warning light on. For a new car delivery ...????
This dealership did not coordinate with Toyota Credit on my previous car return; therefore, they still own me one month payment and it is not yet settled. They ignore you and not provide any follow up or assistance.
Platinum plus rewards plan is useless, this dealership took the credit and redeem for themselves, and not apply to your purchase.
Again, stay away from this dealership while you can...
Our sales rep amar treated us like family helped us out I'm picking out the car that would best suit us and gave us the best deal he possibly could we bought a 2018 lexus nx300h and I couldnt br more pleased with amar thanks to him again for the amazing service
Shopping for a good deal on a new vehicle can be difficult but Archie was wonderful in the process and offered the best deal. My next car will definitely be through him.

We bought a Lexus RX350 F sports from Lexus of Richmond Hill. Kasra (Ray) Mousavi helped us from the beginning to the end. Kasra answered all our questions with comprehensive details and assisted us with the test drive of different models before we finally picked the RX350. Kasra and Vahid were very patient with us during the negotiation process, and really went above and beyond to close this deal. This is our first Lexus thanks to the great service of this dealership!

Everything was decent until they gave me the car....... Brand new 2020 built in November right from the cracking engine plant of Kentucky en route to mexico.........
-oil marks on visor
-grease mark on backseat
-scratches on the rear
-remote services does not work according to lexus canada i need to bring it to the dealer. Lexus canada said the dealer should have updated the firmware before giving it to me. This was after talking to like 8 different people through enFORM SOS button, and Lexus Canada. It was just such a waste of time.
I'm a pretty easy going guy and just move on with my life until the Sales Manager sent me a generic email to make sure I to rate them well when I get that survey from Lexus Canada. So I basically replied to Nadeer that I will be honest with my rating and just told him all the issues I had when I got the vehicle. Cue in the -- tumble weed -- no reply back or any type acknowledgement. Honestly if they didn't beggar me for a good review for Lexus Canada survey I would have not written this google review. Because a car is a ticking time bomb it's just a matter a time it will get scratched but to brand new scratch car right from the lot that's just sucks. I ended up paying extra dough taking to a detailer and getting buffed out of my own pocket. Why the hell they charge me all that PDI when they barely put any effort into it.
Anyway a lot more things to worry about in the world than this stupid car right now. Stay safe and healthy everybody.
Kasra was very helpful in my purchase of a used Mercedes light truck. He had a great deal of experience and competency related to automotive. He also gave my wife and I exceptional customer service. Very happy and would recommend Kasra as a sales manager.
I own a 2018 RX350, which is a very lovely vehicle. However, there was a problem with the radar sensing system right after taking delivery of the car, which the dealership could not find.
I have just had a major problem with the Pre collision system that caused the car to brake suddenly thinking I was going to hit an object. Problem is there was nothing in front that I was hitting. The road was clear and the car suddenly panicked stopped with out warning.
Lexus Canada sent engineers to test the car and have nothing wrong.
As a consumer I am being asked to take back the car and "hope it doesn't happen again". Meanwhile, I now have a vehicle with a possible major fault that could activate the brakes at any time and cause an accident, and Lexus Canada says there is no problem.
This is my second RX350 and probably my last given Lexus Canada gives no customer support.
The dealership has been good so my issues are with Lexus Canada not the dealership, but the 1 star rating reflects my total dissatisfaction.
After being contacted by senior management I have revised my score until this incident is investigated further. I will follow up with a final revised score and update on this site after I am able to meet with the appropriate people.
