It's my 2nd purchase in 2 years with Lexus of Richmond Hill and the overall experience just like last year was fantastic. I went to check out their 2018 RX350-L on Tuesday and picked up my car today (Friday).

I traded my 2017 RX350 for a 2018 RX350-L. Both Vince (The New Vehicle Sales Manager) and Dylan Moffat (Sales Specialist) accommodated to all my needs in terms of my strict budget and were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was no additional sales pressure to buy any 'extras'.

Most car sales people will forget about you the moment you sign the Bill of Sale. Not these 2 guys, and that's exactly why I went back there for a second time. You are not a 'sale' and they appreciate you as a client and even more so if you are a returning client.

If you happen to be shopping for a Lexus at their dealership, ask for Dylan Moffat. You won't be disappointed.
