Big inventory of quality pre-owned cars, professional stuff

Very poor phone support .. first of all she wasn't able to find the info and advised me there is nothing she can do.. that is it ... dead end!!! hanged up for no reason...

We just got our 2013 RX350 and couldn't be happier. The Service at Lexus of Richmond Hill is, and always has been, exceptional. Vince Benincasa is a pleasure to do business with. And all of the staff treat us like "family" since we started leasing from them 7 years ago. We treasure our on-going relationship with R.H. and hope it continues even though we are not living around the corner since Aug 28, 2013!

Great experience buying a new car with Anthony Sotoadeh. Very relaxed, wants to explain the car to you and all it can do while making you comfortable and without any pressure. He was always willing to go the extra mile to get me a better deal on the car, and wanted to understand what it was that I was looking for in a car without up-selling me. Fantastic service.
As a result I purchased a 2014 IS F-Sport AWD.

The financial services department's service was okay, but definitely tried to up-sell me a little. I wasn't as impressed here.

I hope the service department is as good as the sales department.
Only time will tell.

Both my remote starters ran out of battery at the same time, so I was stuck as the parts department was closed. However, Michael was just passing by and went out of his way to replace batteries, at no cost and with smile. I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and customer care he provided. I am pleased to write my review regarding my purchase of 2018 Lexus RC 300 F Sport (Dream Car). I wanted to buy my dream car for the past 3 years. I met with Amar Verma and his two managers Vince and Anthony from Lexus Richmond Hill as of December 2017. Amar has been very helpful and patient with me being a first time car buyer. He offered couple times to test drive my dream car without attempting high sales tactics on me to sell the vehicle whether I can afford it or not. My husband Eric and I found out about this wonderful dealership from an Internet posting of a Lexus that we were interested in. We spoke with Rod Roozbehani and he was so helpful and informative on the phone that we decided to drive the 3+ hours it takes for us to get to Richmond Hill. It was worth it!
Rod is the most knowledgeable salesperson we have met. He knows the Lexus product very well. More importantly, he takes the time to get to know exactly what his clients are interested in and what works for them. His commitment to his clients is very important to him and that reflects in the service he provides. To us, he is Mr. Lexus! I gave them an offer on the internet for high mileage suv, after a day they called me back on the 12th of june 2014 saying they have accepted it. I gave them my c.c. to hold the vehicle for me but when I went to the dealership the price was not what we had agreed on. When I asked them to honor the price the sales person brought in the guy sitting on the reception saying he was the manager. Lo and behold the way the manager spoke to me it was as if I was trying to get a free car from him or something. When I told him that he was getting a negative review from me he said do what you have to do , to me that means that they must be getting quite a few negative reviews. I didn t want to create a show at the dealership but I if you choose to go there, do expect some drama at all times. This dealer is a scam!

This is the third time in 2 years our family came to buy a Lexus from consultant, Katie Kong. She had great attitude, and very knowledgeable about the product, and very dedication to customer experience.
I told Katie ahead of time, I was debating between ES or IS. Katie let me try both. The test drive was very thorough, no rush. I can honestly say, by the time I finished test drive, there wasn't anything I didn't feel comfortable about the car. Katie did a great job helping me to see the value Lexus deliver, again.
I bought ES350. It was the colour I like, the price I like, with the feature options I like. Just love everything about the car, the service and the experience.

She helped me to get very good deal leasing NX300. I had visited Lexus on the park before, and was about to go there after visiting Richmond Hill location. Recently bought a new vehicle from Lexus of Richmond Hill. My sales representative Luiza was extremely accommodating and patient with all my questions about the features of the vehicle and concerns regarding my payments. The leasing department manger Lin tried her best to help me to get me a deal because I had negative equity on my old car due to the collision record on the car proof and excessive mileage I put on it. If you are looking for a Lexus, this is definitely the MUST visit dealership! They never push the sale or put pressure on you! By the way, do not pick up your car after 7 pm if possible, learn from my mistake,you may not have enough time to get ready for the new features and transfer you personal belongs from the old. A Lexus of Richmond Hill service staff very BAD attitude telling customer can not park there without telling a customer where to park with service appointment.

As shown on the picture, no sign saying can not park and not blocking any cars or traffic. There are cars parked there.

Asked the staff " I have a service appointment, where should I park? " The staff walked away without answering.

As a Lexus dealership staff, the service should telling customer in polite way and be nice. Don't like this Lexus dealership service staff. I was trying to find parking space besides the car. (Please see the pictures)

I found that Lexus Richmond Hill was told me to replace HID headlights ballast in order to have headlights leveling balance.
It doesn't require to replace to be leveling the headlights.

Ballast is for "regulates the current to the lamps and provides sufficient voltage to start the lamps."

If you are thinking of buying a Lexus, search no further. This was quite literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Courteous staff, great pricing, and 5 star service. Great job Lexus of Richmond Hill.

Do not buy a car from this man Amarjit Verma at this dealership.
This is a man with a full time job and a disposable income who will scam a university student selling an ipad on Kijiji at his own work place.
We agreed on 120 for an ipad and I sent my english second language father to ask for Amar at the reception and pick it up. When he gets there, Amar says we decided on 110 which we NEVER DID and that he has another offer but he's willing to go with this one "out of courtesy".

This man is anything but courteous, and maybe he can talk his way into anything "it's for my son, lowest offer please" but do not trust him.
It's not the monetary amount, it's the principle of it. If he will make these tiny cuts wherever he can, I cannot imagine what he would do when selling a car.

Amar, if you're reading this I want my ipad back, I have another buyer with a better offer.

I purchased a vehicle from here while ago. Lexus of richmondhill is a unprofessional dealership that i have ever seen. I had a truely terrible experience with the purchase process. I worked with mrs leila haghi, sales expert who told me nothing about the contract process, hidden fees, loan interest, duration of agreement, etc... . Everything i talked to, never happend; and after concluding the agreement, i faced lots of changes and new items which not approved by me at all. She is unprofessional and unreliable. She used sales tricks in order to sell a car to a new comer. Because she wanted to take advantage of My lack of sufficient Car Purchase information in canada. I am not happy and satisfied with this contract. I don't recommand this dealership at all.

Purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Richmond Hill, in October. The Sales Associate was Archie Farrokhi and he was extremely helpful! He was very patient, respectful, and worked with us. He remained pleasant even when our infant became a little fussy. He was available any time we had questions, even AFTER the sale. When we went to pick up the vehicle he stayed late to meet us and took the time to explain the main components of the vehicle and set up our cell phones.

Few weeks ago, we arrived to take a look at the 2018 White Lexus with red interior and Amar was there to help us right away. After test driving the vehicle, I was really interested however, I found a few scratches and was not sure if I wanted to buy it. Amar went above and beyond for me and said everything will be cleaned up considering they just picked up the vehicle few weeks ago so nothing was done. He even said the things I did not know will for sure be fixed, replaced or cleaned up. We made an offer the next day. What I really like about him is that he is not very aggressive with sales. He is patient with his customers and he makes them feel very comfortable when looking to purchase a new vehicle. It was a great experience buying a new vehicle from Amar. He was very knowledgable and guided me to compare the price from all around in Ontario and it was true, I could not find a better deal than what was being offered. He is a top sales consultant at this dealership. Even though we could not bring the price a bit down because the price was already discounted for the 2018 vehicle, he was able to give me a much lower interest rate and more value for my trade in vehicle and once again putting brand new parts to the vehicle to make it look like it is a brand new car! After getting to know Amar more, we actually became friends and I know I will definitely come back to him again to buy a new vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, he surprised us with a bow. He said if there is anything wrong, he will get it done. This shows that he really cares and put his customers first. He provided excellent customer service and he has a great sense of humour. To whom it may concern:

We were very disappointed with the service we received at the Lexus dealership in Richmond Hill, Ontario. During the visit, we had picked the NX300 model and requested the model with a Red interior and a Grey pearl exterior since we had previously seen this colour scheme before in another dealership located at Don Valley North.

The sale representative didn't confirm the detail with us about the colours of our desired vehicle and unprofessionally told us that she had another client waiting and asked us to the financial manager's office without any further confirmation of any of our requested details on the car we were looking to purchase. When I asked my husband to go to ask her about the Configuration and Pricing Summary, all she gave us was the "vehicle order guide' without any colour specification shown since she was busy with another customer. I had never had this kind of experience with any other auto dealerships in Canada! But we thought we could trust Lexus as it is a big corporation and didn't expect anything sketchy to happen. A couple days later, the sale representative called me to tell me that she only had a 50% chance to find the car that I wanted and would let me know as soon as possible. I had no idea there could be a percentage of chance that I could get the vehicle I was looking to purchase, and once again found it unprofessional that I was given a VIN number on an agreement if there was not even any definitive answer as to whether or not I would get the car I wanted. I didn't understand what VIN number she put on the agreement if she did not even find the specific vehicle I was looking for. No matter she call us or when we want to clarify more information at our first visit , she keep said she was that her client was in front of her and that she was very busy. This was the third sign of something odd going on that I did not expect from such a big company like Lexus. A couple days passed and she told us the car we wanted would probably be available for pick up either Thursday or Friday. Then, on the Tuesday night (October 23), I received a text message from an unknown number, thinking it was just a spam message. I later realized it was the sales rep who was texting me a new VIN number from a weird phone number that I did not even know. This was just another sign of improper service and I no longer felt comfortable purchasing this vehicle from the weird process that came with purchasing a Lexus.

Accordingly, we decided not to take this deal since the VIN number had changed and we could foresee more last minute changes against our will if we had continued with this deal. Additionally, the service we had received from this sales rep and her colleagues added onto our doubt with this purchase, and really broke my trust with the brand of Lexus.

She had forced us to sign a paper without even confirming the vehicle we wanted or checking the company's inventory, and to cover up her mistakes she in turn gave us dishonest service that I now suspect as fraud. The lack of transparency from this sales rep was surprising, and when I had asked for my money back, she rudely said that she was taking the next day off and that I would only be able to get a hold of her manager.

Up to this day, I don't understand how a sales rep with poor product knowledge and inadequate customer service, one who could abandon a customer in need after taking their money, can serve as a face of Lexus. I am appalled that I still have to pay for the mistake of this abysmal, unprofessional, and deceitful employee of Lexus. I am requesting a refund of $1000.00 from Lexus in sequence of these events happening at the Richmond Hill dealership.

Lexus of Richmond Hill is absolutely the worst lexus dealership in the GTA in terms of customer service. Me and my dad walked in one day in hopes of buying a Lexus RX350. We were dressed quite casual, sweatpants and t-shirts and i assume no one took us serious due to our appearance. No one greeted us as we walked in and I had to walk around the dealership to find a salesman to speak to (they were not busy at all). I talked to one (forgot his name) and from the start I could tell he did not care at all for our business. We went to his office and he pulled up a list of available RX s. If i had not been asking questions, he would have basically stayed silent. Eventually he did show us one car and when we requested a test drive, he made an excuse and wouldnt let us test drive it, he sometimes would say that it might be too expensive and maybe explore other cheaper options which was very offensive. We made an offer and he disregarded it and made no attempt to counter it or even take it as a serious offer, we asked him to take the offer to the manager and he simply said we should make a serious offer first. After that horrible experience since the start, we decided this dealership did not deserve our business and go to another one. That same day we went to Lexus on the Park and it was the complete opposite; the best service from the start and took all our offers seriously and made a good effort in working with us. We ended up spending more money than originally planned simply because the service was amazing. Since then we have bought another vehicle from Lexus of Lakeridge. We will never return to Lexus of Richmond Hill and I actively tell my friends and fanily who are looking for a Lexus to go anywhere but here.

I was pleasantly surprised by my vehicle purchase experience. Kumar was professional and charming. Sandra was professional and got the deal done. Dealership provides nice environment and other staff is welcoming.

We arrived very last minute in the dealership and Archie took his time, went above and beyond to complete an amazing deal for us. He is honest, straightforward and to the point. The dealership is great and everyone treats you with respect. I definitely recommend Lexus of Richmond Hill and Archie to everyone.
