I was looking to lease a new vehicle and was comparing 2 different German make/models to Lexus. Through my comparison shopping I came across Imtiaz Cheval at Lexus of Richmond Hill and it was a match made in heaven! I was immediately taken aback by Imtiaz' professionalism, knowledge and sincerity. He followed through on his word at all times, was extremely courteous with his guidance and ultimately helped me find my perfect car. I did all the necessary homework required to make an informed decision on my own, but what sealed the deal was the constant communication I had with Imtiaz, he was honest and on my side, I never felt obligated, pushed or backed into a corner (unlike the other two dealerships) to make a hasty decision.
