The IS 300 first caught my eye when I was 18 years old, the first year it was introduced. My friend s parents bought her one and believe me, I was envious.

Fast forward 18 years and I found myself and my husband walking into your dealership.

When I asked the concierge if any salesperson was available to help us, she sent us Riley Huang. Riley approached us, gave us the friendliest and sincerest smile and asked how she can help. I pointed at the IS 300 in your showroom and said I d like to buy one of these , she smiled back and said Great choice! Let s go to my office and we can talk about it .

Riley explained everything in detail to us regarding all the different packages, took us for a test drive while explaining the functions of the car, helped us reach an agreeable price on our trade-in and finally did everything she can to get us the IS 300 F Sport 2 at a price we were happy to pay.

In the past, we ve had situations where a salesperson won t talk price with us until we charge a $2000 down payment to our credit card to show that we are serious and we ve had a salesperson refuse to let us test drive a car because too many people who can t afford the car just walk in for a test drive . Both instances we walked out and bought the same car elsewhere. Therefore, we half expected to be ignored at your dealership. None of this happened with Riley, from the moment she approached us, she gave us all her attention, was very professional and most importantly, made us feel valued.
