The worst new Car experience i have ever had. Although my sales person was as accommodating as she could be, she doesn't control staff or policy.
Sales staff are instructed to tell clients to rate 10/10 on a lengthy evaluation questionnaire otherwise repercussions from management will follow. I know this as I rated about 7 or 8 on my initial experience as I was initially generally happy.. I discovered that my sales person was going to be disciplined for my low rating???

While the free coffee and a few snacks are available, snacks run out pretty quickly. No soft drinks or bottled water is available.

I found out later that they forgot to unregister my trade in lease vehicle so I was paying for my new Lexus and my trade in for 6 weeks before discovery. It was a battle to figure it out. After providing all paperwork, Toyota did not reimburse the correct amount. A second cheque needed to be issued, which after 3 months, I'm still waiting for.

On my first 8k service the technician half used water bottle was left in my cup holder.

Generally, buying a high end Lexus should be a gratifying experience but I was left completely underwhelmed.

BMW and Audi dealers in my area provide free car washes and unlimited beverages which is a nice treat.

I love the car, the sales person was very helpful but the little extras could use some fine tuning. .
