I went in on a Thursday evening seeking information on the IS300 and had the privilege of having Michael Tauro as my tour guide at the dealership. Mike was very knowledgeable on the IS line and was a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated his positive attitude and the fact that there was no pressure to make a purchase.
