it is a nightmare of totally disorganized , and pathetic customer service - from people who shout at you when you call
to salespeople who make a deal with you for the wrong car, to mangers not responding to customers issues- it is a hell hole - better to stay away from them ...I am so frustrated that I had to take time off from work to sit and write this
