Emailed again to say this was no use and wanted a refund, got automated email saying there were busy. 6 emails later i have had no response and no refund! Absolute shambles, I ordered 1 office chair for myself on 30th of last month and still the chair has not arrived. Was sent an email a few days after to say my chair wasn't in stock and they offered me an alternative which was great (il come back to that in a moment) on this email I was told I would have my chair between 3-5 working days and still nothing. Trying to get hold of their customer service team is a joke! When you call you are given option 1 to go through to their sales team or option 2 to their customer service team who would normally deal with orders already placed but good luck trying to contact them as the telephone system they have in place is that bad that it hangs up on you after 30 minutes of holding which is incredibly frustrating as a customer that just wants to know the status of their order. I tried to speak to their sales team to get a voice on the end of the phone however I was met with some very rude and unhelpful people that were argumentative when I spoke with them. My most recent call with one of their sales team I found out that the alternative chair that I had been offered is not not available to me but this was not communicated to me on email which is poor if you ask me. From someone that works in a customer facing role in my day to day there are some fundamental problems with the set up and the systems that this company has in place that seriously need reviewing as I would not expect to give this low level of service to anyone that I work with in my role. I hope that someone senior in the business reads this and reaches out to me as I am less than happy about this and want a resolution. I understand that with the current environment things are taking a little longer but this is a joke, theres no way for you to see a status of your order so your time is spent calling up their broken phone line that doesn't work - sort it out! I have also taken to twitter in hope that this has a wider reach.
I was told my desk would arrive on 7th July 2020. After the delivery date passed I contacted them and was told that my delivery won't be here until end of September - over two months wait. I had numerous missed calls off them a day or two after I placed my order as there was a problem with the payment. But once that was rectified it's funny how I cannot get through to them to discuss the problems i'm facing with my order. I've waited so long on the phone to get through to speak to someone that the line cut out. I've also emailed numerous times to cancel my order and request a refund and heard nothing.
Really poor customer service. it doesn't take much to give me a quick ring or email update. I 100% would not recommend them nor use them again.

Abysmal. Ordered a chair and 2 desks over 2 months ago, from the "next day delivery" section of the website. Website said that, as an online business, they were fully operational despite COVID 19. Other than an initial email to say the chair was out of stock, I've had no communication from them. One of the desks eventually arrived, out of the blue, 3 weeks later. Still not had a refund for the chair or other desk, or even an acknowledgement to my emails (other than auto-generated ones). Am now going through the courts.
Do not use this company!! I placed an order with them and was given a delivery date. A week after the supposed delivery date they have still not delivered. I have tried calling numerous times but cant get through to their customer service team. I have managed to speak to someone in sales but apparently they use a different system so could not help.

The promise of 'next day delivery' was suitably caveated, and during the current crisis seemed unachievable, so the fact my chair didn't turn up next day did not bother me. I was very happy with the overall length of time it took - just over a week (which included bank holiday weekend) - and the product was as described. I sent a couple of panicky emails in the intervening period to the company after receiving no delivery date and seeing all of the negative reviews on here [Trustpilot], but my emails were premature and unnecessary: the order arrived today, with tracked DPD delivery, and I am very happy with it. It seems churlish to say, as I am sure the team are maxed out with unprecedented levels of demand, but I think many of the concerns expressed below could be alleviated by earlier and easier contact - just a quick email or text service showing the stage your order is at, etc. This is a minor gripe, though: fundamentally, I received the product I ordered, at a good price compared to Amazon, within a week during a global pandemic. In the grand scheme of things, I am very grateful! Thanks all.
Placed an order for a chair on the 21st May 2020 and payment was taken immediately. Delivery of the chair was a week later. A day before the delivery date i received an email to say that the delivery will be delayed by 2 weeks. I cancelled the order (had to call customer service to cancel it and asked them to send an email to confirm - which they did) They promised by money back in 10 working days. Its been almost 4 weeks since I placed the order and the i havent received the refund yet. No response to multiple emails either to their customer service. Calls to customer service goes on 'hold' for 15+ mins and gets disconnected.
Ordered my office chair to work from home with advertisement stating "next day delivery" on 16th April, didnt receive a confirmation email however, money was deducted from my account.
I called twice and had to wait at least 30 minutes before reaching an answering machine, left my name and phone number to never receive a call back. Called again and selected the sales line, 1 minute wait, when I told the operator I haven't received my chair, he swiftly transferred me to a non answering line. Today, 5th May, I still haven't received my chair.
Diabolical customer service. Wrong chair sent. No deliver date for correct chair or for collecting the erroneous chair, which when unpacked, was scuffed and dusty indicating it might be second hand.
I placed an order on 7/03/20, order did not arrive (was informed of the delay by the company) so I sourced from elsewhere. I sent an email on 08/04/20 to cancel the order this was confirmed by the company via email on 14/04/20 stating a refund will be issued. Order was then delivered on 23/04 sent email 24/04 to inform them of the mistake no response. I spoke to someone on the phone 01/05 they agreed order was dispatched by mistake and I will be contacted by someone for courier to pick up and my refund issued. No contact, further email sent 06/05 - no response, further email 13/05 - no response. Have tried to call today no one picking up. Please get in touch with me this is a very simple issue to resolve. I did not want to leave a negative review but I have given you several opportunities to remedy your mistake.

Update: they collected their damaged goods but after 30 days no refunds and ignoring any communication. So our money is gone and the goods as well. This is fraud in the 1000s of Pounds. Then no delivery arrives. No communication saying sorry late delivery or for re setting delivery date . No answer to emails...phone calls. They can't be traced online to a cheaper land line route but they do operate expensive numbers charging you exhorbitant rates while you wait. Ive contacted my bank to start retrieval action. But am also going to complain to trading standards officers about this pretend set up . Save yourself a world of pain and buy elsewhere .

I'm not leaving this review to defend the company as clearly they are struggling. I'm not being paid to write this, nor am I employed by or in any way connected to the company. No I'm writing this to try and give some hope to those who are still waiting for their orders to be completed.
I looked at various sites online and discounted the likes of IKEA as I wanted to find a decent, office quality level of desk that would last. Whilst googling I stumbled across Furniture-work and I'll admit I was impressed by the site and the range. I found a desk I liked and the advertised wait time of 10 working days seemed reasonable.
On 22/06/20 I placed an order, paying by Visa debit, for a 140cm wide Astrada Deluxe C-Leg Rectangular Desk. I received an automated order confirmation by return which gave an expected delivery date of 06/07/20 which was acceptable to me. All seemed well. On the 24/06/20 I recieved another email, written by a human, which said there was a delay due to stock and gave a revised date of "on or around the 08/07/2020". Not ideal as I'd already booked a week off in order to assemble the desk and setup my new environment.
But it wasn't the end of the world but I didn't want the date to slip any further so I replied to the email asking if it was likely that the date would slip again. I waited and never received a reply. I then did some googling and discovered this site and it's terrible recent reviews and the same on Google too and I feared the worst. So I sent another email and repeated through their contact form. Still nothing. Over the course of the week I sent a total of 5 emails and 3 more queries via their contact form.
As of Monday 6th July I had heard nothing and assumed I was in the same boat as the rest of the upset customers and was preparing to raise a chargeback with my bank if I'd heard nothing by the delivery date, today, 8th July. Then out of the blue, at 12pm yesterday, July 7th, I received a reply to my initial email asking if there would be any further delay past the revised date of July 8th. The email simply reiterated that it would be here on or about the 8th. I didn't hold out much hope.
Then at 3pm yesterday I received a shipment notification from TNT stating that a delivery from a company called Bluespot Furniture Ltd in Dewsbury was due to be delivered to me by 6pm today. Now I'd never heard of Bluespot but a quick google showed they were a britsh manufacturer who did indeed sell the same desk as I ordered under a different name and for more money. But I took this as being a positive move and awaited to see if anything did arrive. At around 10:30 this morning a polite TNT man arrived in a TNT van with the 3 parts of my desk, all well packaged, all intact and after assembly I am very, very happy with my new desk.
Like I say, this isn't a boast and I'm certainly not going to defend furniture-work but it seems to me they have made the mistake of rather than facing up to their problems when they were swamped with orders, they seem to have adopted the 'ostrich' approach and stuck their head in the sand, stopped talking to their customers yet carried on taking their money not knowing when the COVID affected supply chain would be able to complete the orders. And to claim that they were 'operating as normal' would only have infuriated people further. So I hope I'm not alone, I hope they are now getting on top of things and starting to supply the goods you have all ordered. Failing that I hope nobody is out of pocket. I note that delivery times on their site range from 5 days to as long as 30 days so perhaps they are being more honest now. Only time will tell. But I can honestly say that, on at least one occasion, they have indeed supplied one customer with what I ordered.
To Furniture-work I would say - Stop. Stop damaging your reputation any more and hold your hands up. Suspend orders and contact all those you have disappointed and give them an honest and accurate ETA for their goods or offer a full and immediate refund. Good luck everyone.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Placed and paid for an order and never received a confirmation email as expected. Repeatedly tried to call customer services to check the order but never got through to anyone. Tried twice to use the call back system but still no reply. Eventually tried option 1 and got through to the sales team (no problem with sales picking up calls) but informed by a call handler that he could not deal with my query. I told him about the problems with customer service not picking up and he actually called me a liar and said that customer services was working fine. Absolutely raging at being called a liar. He said he was not prepared to deal with my call and transferred me back to customer services where I have now been on hold for 40 minutes whilst I type this review. My order (if indeed I have one) is now 13 days old and I am none the wiser. Absolutely shocking customer service. 14 August 2020 11am.

I was billed for next day delivery. Waited all next day for my chair only for it not to be delivered. I was then told they don't do next day delivery on Saturdays. WHY CALL IT NEXT DAY DELIVERY THEN?!
I have returned a chair when they deliver to me in some personal reason. I accept to be charged the shipping fee. However, it has past 50 days since I returned the chair, the refund hasn't arrived my account. Every time, when I call them, the customer service can only tell me the refund is in processing, no schedule, no deadline. Also tell me I will let you know if there is any update, well, to be honestly, I've never been noticed any update. Terrible experience, never ever buy chair from this terrible company.

Bought an office chair to work at home with, it was meant to be delivered fast! 2 weeks later l got an email that the chair will not arrive for almost 2months! Spoke to Sales who were abrupt and unhelpful. Customer Service queues are over 30 minutes even if they do answer. I have asked for a full refund but still havent heard anything. Avoid.

Not worthy of any star rating, shocking customer service with no communication verbally or via email. They have really gone down in our estimations as a company we would use going forward. Eventually we received a refund for items not delivered ! Save lots of hours in writing emails and holding on telephone calls and buy from another company!

As F@W were the only company I could find that could supply a desk of the dimensions I wanted, I didn't bother reading the reviews on here hard lesson learned.
I ordered and paid for it late-April, delivery scheduled for around a month later. Received an update within a few days saying delivery delayed by another week. Fair enough - difficult times, I thought.
Mid-June I gave them a one-week deadline to deliver or refund, nothing happened. Cancelled the order, told them I'd sourced a replacement and gave a deadline to refund - nothing happened. Then would you believe, a week later I got another e-mail telling me delivery was delayed for another month. Reminded them that I'd cancelled the order, told them not to attempt delivery as it would be refused and again requested a refund.
A week later I got an e-mail saying that the cancellation had been processed and that a refund would follow within 10 working days. As this still hadn't arrived 3 weeks later I phoned again (from a landline this time and on the new number). Was told that the warehouse still hadn't processed the cancellation and the young lady promised to investigate and call or e-mail back with an update. Yeah, you can probably guess....
And then, 4 days later, got a TNT notification of a delivery from a company called Dorel Home Furnishings, scheduled for 2 working days later. No details of the item other than weight, but that and a quick look at their website was enough to convince me that this was the desk being sent from a third-party. Spent that late Friday afternoon having an online chat with TNT Customer Services, explained the situation and told them to cancel the delivery. Contacted Dorel via their online form and F@W via e-mail to advise them of the fact. No feedback or update from any of them since and, of course, 4 days later, TNT turned up.
Obviously I refused delivery and finally, a week ago, I got my refund. They're lucky I'm not pursuing them for the phone costs and inconvenience too. An absolute shambles, avoid like the proverbial.

Partner ordered a chair 6 weeks ago, didn't believe the nextgday delivery but would've been happy with a week delivery time given the situation. Numerous calls to different numbers, emails to different email addresses and if by the grace of whoever we got through to someone it resulted in an empty promise. The last call resulted in being told the order had been closed off as having been dispatched 2 weeks ago. Still no chair. They still have the money. Not for long because we're applying for a chargeback via the card and ordering one from elsewhere.
They are still advising next day delivery. We cannot see how they can do this as it is clearly not happening!!!

Terrible service, ordered a desk with drawers. They said it was out of stock but they had another which was available 5-7 days so I agreed. Desk turned up but no drawers. Delivery driver said they would probably turn up next day. Waited a week nothing showed. Phoned the company twice who said they weren't even aware the drawer units were missing. Still haven't got the whole thing and no idea when it will turn up either, all this paid for three weeks ago. Shan't be using this company again.
Wish I'd read these reviews earlier!! I'm in the same boat of having ordered, and received a very fast reply from the Sales people, then..................nothing. E-mailed "Customer Service" (an obvious oxymoron) , still nothing. Phoned and no answer, left a message, still nothing. Have got an appointment with Citizens Advice later this week to see how to proceed legally about getting a refund. Also, I'll be in Glasgow in a couple of weeks, and will pay them a personal visit.
Furniture At Work is a very competent company with an easy to navigate website and wide choice of products. I spoke to customer services and they were so polite and helpful. I'm delighted with the chair I purchased and it matched the product description and colour perfectly. Delivery was fast. All in all, a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Ordered an office chair on 9th October - site showed in stock for immediate delivery. Email from Furniture At Work sent on 15th October telling me the chair was out of stock and the new delivery date will be 24th November! Within 2 minutes of being told this, we emailed to cancel. No response 20th October - I emailed and asked for an update on my refund. 22nd October - Emailed again for acknowledgement of the cancellation request and update on the refund. 23rd October - An email stating it has been cancelled and refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. 2nd November - Email sent stating still no refund and negative reviews will be left if I am not conformed today. No response .
I will speak to my bank for the refund now and this review will remind others to buy their office chairs elsewhere.
I had placed an order for two Executive Leather Chairs with Next Day Delivery. Having not had received the order two days later I contacted Customer Service only to be told that their investigation will now take another 24-48 hours, making the whole promise of "Next Day Delivery" a farce. I then received an anonymously addressed and very short email, without any apology or explanation, to inform me that the Warehouse will contact me. They called me 2 days later to let me know that delivery will be another 5 days. In short: empty promises of quick delivery and unapologetic and inefficient Customer Service. Would not buy from them again!
Avoid like the plage. Chair I ordered did arrive box box was wide open and back rest damaged. Tried calling but after 30 minute on hold the system cut me off - tried twice ,- picked the sales option and got answer to be told pick customer service - I did advise of my problem but got stone walked - very.very.very poor.
I implore anyone reading this to not do business with this company. They do not ship goods, do not communicate with customers and do not honour refunds.
I eventually got a refund via my bank and I would suggest to others who are having problems with this company to do the same. I was able to claim the money back despite it being a debit card purchase with no protection.
I have reported this company to Trading Standards and I would also urge everyone else who is leaving a 1 star review here to do the same, it seems this is the only way for them to be held accountable for their practices.

I have been told my order was in stock (due to be delivered with express in 4-5 working days) and they were very quick to take my payment over the phone. 10 days later I get an email that my order will arrive 2 weeks later and no replies whatsoever. Do not order from this place. I placed an order in April and still am yet to receive my goods. They fail to respond to my numerous emails and when I try and call, it says This extension is not available . I understand that no one could have expected Covid-19 but the joke is that you are STILL able to place orders, and even more of a joke, for the chair I have been waiting over 2 weeks for. This company used to be fairly good, with good communication and service. It seems that covid has changed all that. Their customer service is now nothing short of a shocking absolute disgrace. Yes they should be reported to trading standards and yes I have asked my bank to look at if the order I placed 8 weeks ago was taken fraudulently with no intention of supply.

I am waiting on hold again 3 days waiting for my refund i was promised 14 days ago. I placed an order and 2 days after delivery date was told they swapped my order as my desk was not in stock. I tried to swap to something else via email they sent me and said what i wanted recieved nothing back. I tried calling and kept getting cut off the customer service line so tried the sales line. I try to explain to sales person but he was rude and said he was losing sales talking to me. But i said i was a customer cannot get through to you and was getting cut off. If eventually was willing to help me but all the products i wanted were not in stock and then the table they had swapped my order to was no longer available to me. So i said cancel my order this was on 6th April 2020 he said because if tge issues i would have to wait 10 working days for a refund. I got an email on 10th asking had i decided which desk i wanted. I sent it back saying i cancelled the order. I heard nothing back. 8 working days no refund send emails no response over next 2 days and so called customer services to be told the order has not been cancelled by there warehouse and cannot issue a refund as the warehouse has to cancel it first. They will look into it and come back. No response called back and still had nothing further to action said she has now sent to a different manager and will chase let me know tomorrow. Come the next day exactly the same but was told i would get an immediate refund when they have authority from the warehouse. So here i am chasing again 30 minutes to get through. Looks like the warehouse has confirmed it cancelled and they can refund my order . But waiting on hold as they cannot get through to the finance department. The only reason given this is a bazaar case. What a surprise they cant get hold of finance team. Now noone here til monday so no refund. This company is dreadful...

Ordered Mesh chair from Furniture at work and really liked the chair. They did inform me of a delay because of supply chain issues due to covid but I was surprised that it was only 3/4 days later than the expected date. Keep up the good work guys

We will be going directly to thebthe and asking for the refund as we find this unacceptable, and will not be recommending them to anyone. This a shame as I work for a company who are about to open a second office and need desks to put in it his - this also includes meeting rooms. Please avoid at all costs. I totally understand that availability and orders need to be fulfilled; however, when they're not communicating,t this is poor customer service. Jokes on them as this order was a way of feeling out whether our business will be putting more work their way - needless to say, we won't be and they have missed out on thousands of pounds of orders from us.

Come the delivery date 02/07/2020, nothing arrived, many many unanswered phone calls later it became obvious that we were not getting the futniture. We cancelled the order and were told that we would get a refund in 10 business days.
20 days 4 emails, 7 phone calls and 2 online submissions later and I still cannot get an answer.
Totally disgusted in the way this company behave. Totally let down, nothing but thieves.
Shocking customer service, or should I say no customer service at all. The estimated delivery for my order was the 12/05, it's now 19/05 and no info, no goods, no delivery and no refund. Disgusting. Avoid.
Do not go near this company. Dont let them have any of your details. All they do is relentlessly spam you with nonsense. When you click unsubscribe you unsubscribe from a monthly mailing list and are automatically subscribed for the following month. No option to remove all your details. Appalling company that needs reported to the ICO
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with them over two months ago. I have received neither my order, nor a refund. When you call then the sales team answer immediately. Once they have taken your money they won't answer your call, you just get put in a never ending queue.
If i could give less than 1 star then i would. We placed an order for next day delivery and one part was delivered 2 days late understandably due to the issues with Covid -19. When i called to find out what happened to the other 2 pieces i was advised that they were out of stock even though they showed as in stock on line. We were told we would have a refund within 5-7 working days. It has now been over a month and i am still waiting for my refund after numerous calls i get promised that it will be fast tracked and sorted straight away - the lady i spoke to yesterday morning even told me without fail i will get a call by the end of the business day to confirm what is happening! this of course didn't happen. when i first emailed them i got a reply on the 1st of May stating i would get an answer within 3-5 days - i have since sent 3-4 emails and not had one reply!
I don't normally write bad reviews as it could be somebody is having a bad day so i tend to give them the benefit of the doubt! but to be waiting over a month is terrible and i recommend to anybody not to use this company!!!!!!!!
Terrible will not answer my calls or the 3 emails I have sent, had my money but I have no product or email from they, Nearly 1 month still no refund !!!! Stay away I will update my review once resolved!!!
Ordered a desk for two day delivery well back near the start of april. I was ignored for over a week and never got any contact from them. I email to ask where the desk is, its "not been flagged as out of stock" which doesnt expressly mean that it is in stock- I was ignored for another week after asking for a refund. I then get told its out of stock and another desk is being dispatched. I deny this option and ask for a refund as I no longer need a desk from them and dont want to give them my money The desk gets dispatched, i email them saying they should just cancel the shipping and route the desk back to a warehouse I get ignored
The desk arrives and i refuse delivery, they drive off I try to phone them, no answer despite being within business hours I try to email them and get told that a refund will go through, finally theyre going to provide the most basic level of service buuttt nope
That was on the 6th, today is the 21st Ive emailed them last night and doubt il get a refund so il need to contact my bank and report it as I havent recieved a refund even though it should take 5-7 days (their words)
So thats why this review is here and why it will go everywhere that this business is listed. I would rather take a shower in hailstones than deal with this company again, i strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs.
Like many reviews on here, I am not happy with the lack of communication from Furniture at Work. I ordered a Desk & Chair in May. Got an email saying that they were very busy and that orders were taking longer to fulfil due to the high demand. Happy with that. The chair arrived 4 days ahead of the scheduled/anticipated delivery date. All good so far. I am now 2 weeks past the date for the desk and after countless time on the phone and e-mails unanswered are a bit tiresome. Even if they said it will be another month before I get the desk, fine, let me know! will someone from FaW please get in touch. Update Finally got to speak to a person that raised my concerns on lack of delivery to the transport manager as a matter of urgency. Load of nonsense as I got another delivery date that was not met and had to go through the torture of trying to contact another member of staff that gave me assurances that this would be dealt with. A 3rd date for delivery was issued and I replied via email to state that if it was not met I would expect a full refund immediately. Alas, the delivery was not met and I am waiting just over 2 weeks now for the refund to be made. 10 working days, but I can assure you it was not 10 days for them to take the money! By far......the worst customer service I have ever had and that is some going. Amazon seem to have cracked the supply chain issues, so sort yersel oot furniture at work. Disgrace does not cover it, but you are.
The item I bought was in poor condition - the manufacturer's fault, not this company's. Furniture At Work's customer services dept sorted the problem out fast and to my complete satisfaction. Recommended.
Ordered a chair and promised 5 day lead time. Got an email after 10 days saying it arrives mid July. Cancelled my order and now can t get my money back and they are not answering the phone or emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Would give zero stars if possible! Happily took my credit card payment on 13 April with promised delivery date of 15 April. Item didn't arrive and, when I queried, was told would be delivered the next day. Still nothing; can't get through on the phone and all email requests for a refund have been ignored!

Even one star is too much ordered hand gel just received an e-mail to say it's due in April no good to me I'm afraid dreadful company how much money have they got from customers and not delivered.
I have to say I agree with the poor reviews on here. This company will take a sales call in 5 mins but their customer service doesn't. Try calling them before your order. Numerous emails ignored and you get the prove your order number nonsense even though you provide an address. I have a broken chair back and they will not revert. I will be reversing the charges through my credit card company. Be very careful...
My wife rang your office and was informed that the desk was in stock and could still be delivered. We ordered the desk and paid for it. It has still not arrived. Our order no. is102066647 a Harris Compact Desk. We are still waiting. Some form of notice would be nice.
Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The chairs were the wrong colour. Getting them returned needed me to pay for the collection and getting it arranged is impossible. DO AVOID! The owners Michael and Margaret Philp should be embarrassed.
I ordered 26th May. Nothing.. I phoned - using their Glasgow phone number and not their rip of 0844 number. No answer - not even their managers bother their backsides to respond. No email response either. Leads me to think they are no more than a bunch of rip off merchants.
Bought an executive office chair. It is easy to assemble and looks good. I was hoping it would slide under my desk when not in use, but the arms get in the way. Another couple of inches of hieght adjustment would have allowed this. Never mind, can't have everything.

From delivery of broken items, to incorrect items, to ever changing delivery problems, to incorrect stock levels to incompetent and rude staff.
Don't be lulled in by cheap, reduced prices because you'll recieve the same quality of customer service!!!
You watch, they'll now claim that ' They have searched their system and they cannot locate or track my order' to insinuate that i'm lying or a serial reviewer. All it shows is that their computer system is as useless as the rest of the company!!!
I ve never experienced such poor service!! I Ordered a computer desk for my sons Birthday 3 weeks ago.. His Birthday has now been & gone with No Delivery!! My son is gutted and I m fuming as I can t afford to replace the purchased desk with anything else. I spoke to a man in customer services earlier this week who told me I ll chase the driver up now that you ve rang Very odd I thought!! But then we put me on hold to double check the order and left me there! After 10mins on Hold I realised he wasn t coming back so I hung up THANKS FOR THAT! An extra cost I can t afford.
Greta company to deal with, I was badly let down by my previous supplier (office furniture online) These guys went above and beyond to find a suitable replacement desk and shipped all 3 on a next business day despite the order not even getting to them until around 5:15pm, will be using them from now on
Do not go near this company! Terrible customer service. Didn't deliver our order correctly on first attempt, didn't order on second attempt, now telling us that too much time has passed to resolve and want us to pay again for the missing items.
