DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrific experience. Ordered a chair at the end of March, to be told 2 week later that they didn't actually have that in stock and offered me another.

Due to working from home I accepted. 2 MONTHS LATER the chair still hasn't arrived despite contacting their 'customer services department' every 5 days for an update and asking subsequently for a refund if the chair hadn't been dispatched.

Absolutely frauds. DON'T NOT USE. SITTING ON THE FLOOR IS BETTER THAN HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS.

I will be getting a full refund and I will be sending the chair back as soon as it arrives.

Terrible service, NO communication hardly and when did receive a email they stated they would respond to my query within 10 days. Been ongoing for over 2 months. No furniture No money back

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Would rate 0 if possible. I ordered a desk for next day delivery, 1 week later the desk still hadn't arrived, on phoning the item was out of stock. No email had been sent explaining this and it was listed as in stock on their website. Cancelled the order and nearly 2 weeks later no refund, after they stated it would be in my account within 2-5 days. No response to any emails.

Terrible service, do not use this company. They offer cheap prices but do not deliver as promised and so far no refund despite chasing for the last three months. Save your money !!!!

My son ordered a desk from this company without first reading the reviews. They took the money from my credit card then emailed to say what we'd ordered was out of stock. Then nothing. Seems par for the course with Furniture@Work and I shan't be reordering from them.

Dreadful service, ordered a filing cabinet shelf 11 days ago and I'm still waiting. Repeated attempts at calling customer service resulted in long waits. I will never use this company again. It is not surprising that companies like Amazon are so successful.
