Update: they collected their damaged goods but after 30 days no refunds and ignoring any communication. So our money is gone and the goods as well. This is fraud in the 1000s of Pounds. Criminal charges will be filed. Beware. This is not a real company! BEWARE. They are just exploit people in times of crisis. This company sells damaged goods and refuse any collection or refund. Their activities are disgusting. Be careful and do not order here. THE REPLY BELOW IS FAKE. We contacted customer service 12 times via phone and email and got no response. => DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GANGSTERS
