If i could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate! Ordered a chair for promised delivery in 5 working days, 10 days later nothing so i emailed and was told there was delays and be with my in July! Emailed again to say this was no use and wanted a refund, got automated email saying there were busy. 6 emails later i have had no response and no refund! Absolutely horrendous and will be reporting to watchdog and trading standards if no response by Friday!!!
